Hi: ====================================== There's an animated ad for a survey on whether you're a good kisser, complete with puckering lips. ROFLMAO ====================================== LOL. (I love your sense of humor... lol) ====================================== ...You'll have me believing in conspiracy theories, and I've never subscribed to those. People win these things because a lot of people like them. ====================================== Yes, people do win because a lot of people like them. But that doesn't mean it's run fairly. If there were set times, such as "voting is from Monday to Thursday the week before" or "voting is from Tuesday to Thursday two weeks in advance" people would know when polls open & close. Can you imagine if the government ran votes that way? Just close the polls whenever they want? In a democratic vote, people get to know the deadline for getting their vote in. Here, some polls have barely lasted 48 hours, and others run on for over a week. Consistency doesn't exist. I think it's a valid question. Not one that's going to be answered, but a valid question nevertheless. Okay, back to work. *wink*

Cheri, Cheri, Cheri... You are revving me up again. You little devil(ess). LOL! Honestly, the only reason I didn't do it was because I was rather tittilated by it all. I coouldn't stop snickering over it enough to get serious about it. I thought it was just too funny to do it... ... er, and the fact that the post would more than likely get immediately deleted. I'm not really into time wasting. But the idea still amuses me! I just need encouragement. ============= "RE that other forum...I dare you." ============= OK. Here's the deal. If ten people come here and ask me to do it, I'LL DO IT! I'm up to the challenge, stupid as it really is. Cheri, you are such a little stirrer! Regards Gary Simpson

Linda, I thought all that stuff about the kissing ad was pretty funny too. I also agree with what you said about DEMOCRATIC elections. ================ "Can you imagine if the government ran votes that way?" ================ Well, they do everything else under-handed (at least they do in Oz anyway), why not rig votes? Do we know for sure that it doesn't happen? Not too many US folks admit to voting for George W. ================ "I think it's a valid question. Not one that's going to be answered, but a valid question nevertheless." ================ Well, you never know your luck in the big city. Gary Simpson
