Hi everyone. It's amazing how making a couple of small changes to a webpage can change the whole look. One other thing I would do (unless there is a reason not to) would be to set the page topmargin tag to "0". To me it would give a more finished look to the page. If need be add another row to the top of the table with the background set to Black.
