Hello my friends,
I was in a conference tonight and someone was talking about are people cloneable for network marketing,Here is a post a friend sent me on it, What do you think of it???Please Let us know how you feel about people being cloneble to be just like someone else in networking. Thanks,Kathy Martin
Are you cloneable?
A year or two ago in my network marketing business I realized that I was working really hard and having some success but that the people I recruited were not having nearly as much success.
I said to myself then, I'd love to have 5 more people just like me.
I had a broad understanding of duplication but I didn't truly understand it yet. Heck I may not even truly understand it now! I bet I can still learn a thing or two from you guys about duplication!
What I have discovered is that any activity that isn't duplicatable by your downline is an activity you should probably not be doing!
Instead what I have started doing is try to make every activity duplicatable. If it isn't duplicatable I think, how can I make this duplicatable, or do I need to actually do this activity? My mentors are doing the same thing. Together we sat down to discuss what marketing methods we were using and how we can make this duplicatable across the whole team.
Some of it is training but a lot of what we are doing is making web sites, doing coops, developing email followups, doing as much of the legwork for people as possible.
Our company didn't have a regular business presentation just a multimedia downloadable presentation. So we started hosting out own business presentation. Any team member can simply invite people to the weekly business presentation which is held online in a special web based training room.
I had a vision last night. We had our second speaker giving the business presentation. Our team is starting to duplicate.
My vision was that eventually we'd have 10 or 12 different speakers! People who could hold business trainings on different days for people in various time zones! We'd be able to support different languages! Just by making our system more duplicatable. Simply by taking what we've learned and what we know works and make it readily available to every member of our team.
Thats the B quadrant business model. Thats the franchise model. Thats what makes any business a success!
One last thing.
If you are one of those guys trying to reinvent the wheel. If you are trying to find the best business system. Stop! Don't re-invent the wheel! That only wastes time! Find a mentor who is having success and have them teach you their system! Then teach your team the same system!
I've wasted a lot of time reinventing the wheel. Thankfully the system we've developed is really unique and extremely effective. BUT I know my business has been affected because of it. I don't want you guys to make the same mistake I did.
However now my business is easily duplicatable and my team is growing really fast. It is exciting to see! Now that I see the duplication in action I realize the error of my ways!
I hope maybe this gives some of you ideas on how you can improve your business.
If you have questions about how we made things more duplicatable I'll be glad to answer them as best as I can!
