Hi Kenneth, That's not an offer that is the new Visual Web Developement software that Microsoft is promoting. I and a few others are learning with it. That way you can put all those features into your own website rather than pay for them, that is if you are interested in learning how to do it. I make no money out of it, you have to agree to talk about it in the communities that you belong to, to get to use it. They provide you with training videos that will help you get started, and design your own website in ASP.Net, just like the one we are using here.
