Re: 12Daily Pro Is A Scam No Doubt About It!

Trina, I believe that you are a bit late my dear; I reported this story long before you contacted the FBI. Why would you contact them (the FBI), you participated just like everyone else, had they been able to pay you, would you have called anyone with the exception of those in your Down line to find out who is not doing their part? Your claim to have been paid $15.and change What is it that makes people cry foul when they are caught with their hands in the cookie jar? I honestly think that what you claim to have done is distasteful, to say the least, (NO) it is two faced come to think of it, because as I said, had they been able to pay off, you'd been happy as a lark, however now that the cat is out of the bag, you want to claim that they stole your money, you admitted joining in your recap below... "RECAP: I joined 12DP and paid them $12 for two upgrade units. I surfed the required sites to get 12% on my $12. They paid me $15.84. I bought two more upgrade units for $12. They would not permit me to surf the required number of sites for that upgrade period, and recorded my pending earnings as $11.32. (a loss)" That money that you claim (Below) that they had paid you, is considered evidence, more than likely confiscated by the authorities in the preparation of their case if there is to be one. "This morning, I logged into my StormPay account to find that 12DP had retracted the $15.84 they paid me for the first upgrade period. That's right, they stole my money right out of my StormPay account!" I wish you could see me now shaking my head in disbelief, you are the only one able to authorize any exchanges from that account, so just as I have deduced so will the FBI and you'd better pray that they don't charge you with perjury, and or submitting false statements or whatever other charges they can come up with, and you did all that calling around for just $12.00 U.S. dollars, my God where is your conscience. They stole your money, what a laugh...If I have offended you, oh well what can I say? I myself, played and to be honest with you I knew that it was at my own risk, no one placed a gun in my back and made me give that woman my money, I did it just like everyone else did; in hopes of making a buck or two, that's all...Money, Money, Money some people got to have it, some people really need it, what we won’t do for money, lie cheat and steal just to have it, Money! Honestly, Manuel D.

Dear Manuel; The amount of money is not the issue. The fact that it was stolen is. If they can successfully do a chanrgeback on my account for $15.84, then they can do the same thing to those who have $1500.84 in their account. There are folks out there who gave 12DP hundreds, even thousands of dollars. That is the point! Dah! I don't want to see others ripped off! And, if they are so innocent, then why are they making national news? Since you are implying that I took the money out of my account myself, you have indeed offened me. What purpose would it serve for me to steal money from myself anyway. It plainly shows in my account, in bold red print: Chargeback $15.84 12DailyPro. So I highly doubt that they are going to throw my a$$ in jail. I have commited no crime, I am the one who got ripped off you idiot! (Haven't you ever requested your money back from someone? That is called a chargeback. 12DP sent me the money, then they did a chargeback, and it was removed from my account.) Granted, everything one does in life is at one's own risk, BUT when a program makes certain claims and guarantees, in exchange for money, and they don't deliver on those claims, that is FRAUD. Just because I took the risk, does that mean I should look the other way and not speak up? Does that mean that 12DP should be allowed to go on their merry way ripping other people off? If you saw someone being robbed on the street, would you walk away, or try to stop the mugger? Personally, I see you walking away. Are you really as ignorant as you sound? I can't believe you actually think I am making this up, or have stolen from myself. What possible gain would I have by making false accusations to the FBI and FTC? If you knew anything about me, you'd know that I am a victim's advocate. I help people for a living... I don't go around asking to be arrested, by making false statements.

Thank you. I never was favorably impressed with s.p., ever. Never joined 12dp, but was encouraged to several times. You are doing a very good service. Ron S.

Thank you Ron. It is nice to be appreciated. I would also like to give a big thanx and hugs to all of you who have written letters of support, regarding the defamation of my character by another member. It really is heart warming to be appreciated by my peers. I will always call 'em as I see 'em, when it comes to those who would take advantage of others. That's what I do... investigate and report. (Aside from Melaleuca that is.) I've been reviewing programs for the last 5 years or so, and no, not all of my reviews are negative. If you'd like to have a look at some of them, you can find most of my reviews here: http://quikonnex.com/channel/page/triizine-my2c It is the column that I've created for The Trii-Zine, where I rant, rave and review stuff. Anywho... I want all of you to know that I appreciate you! Thank you. Have an awesome week! Trina

Alrighty now... I am sure some of you have gotten an email from StormPay recently, and some of you haven't, but I am going to share the link with you all, just in case. For those who still staunchly support 12DP, I think you should have a look at this document from the Securities Exchange Commission: http://www.stormpay.com/SEC_v_Johnson_etal.pdf If 12DP was a legitimate company, this document would not exist. Charis Johnson and all her cronies are frauds. Trina
