12DP has commited fraud. They guarantee a 12% return on all funds paid in. They did not return 12% of my money, by not allowing me to surf the required amount of sites within the upgrade period. That is fraud, and no TOS can protect any program from commiting fraud.
StormPay cannot just arbitrarily remove funds from someone's account. That is not legal. They can freeze funds, but they cannot remove them from an account.
The only way for StormPay to be able to take funds from my account, or anyone elses, for that matter, is for 12DP to request a chargeback.
12DP requested a chargeback of all the funds they'd paid me. That is theft. They had no reason to request that chargeback. I am not the seller here, I am the buyer. They are responsible to me, not the other way around. They can't take what I have earned. (StormPay should not have approved the chargeback either.) StormPay allowed 12DP to steal from my account.
12DP is blaming all of the missing funds on StormPay, to cover themselves while they finish stealing all the money they can and running.
I joined 12DP to investigate it, and experience it first hand, in order to write a review on it. That being said, my comments and articles regarding 12DP are my findings, based on my experience. Regardless of whether or not I am investigating a program, if they rip me off, I will take the necessary steps to have them stopped before they can hurt a whole bunch of other people.
The amount of money that I lost is not at issue, because it was a very small amount. What is at issue here is that if they can do it to me, they can and will do it to others, as many others as they can.
When it gets too hot in the kitchen, they'll pack up and head to Tahiti, and they'll do it with the money of others who fell into their trap.
