Myrna and Luella, I was out yesterday doing some errands, and I stopped at Walgreen's to pick up a few things I needed (not Prescriptions or OTC Crap), and when I checked out to pay after the transaction was finished the cashier asked me if I needed to get my Flu Shot!!!! I said no thanks!!! I don't put toxins into my body, I eat nutritiously so I stay healthy. It's what God intended, not shots! He just looked at me and said okay well stay healthy. I said I intend to thanks, and I walked out.

At the end of my medical visit today, I was given a flu shot. Until a few years ago I had never had a flu shot. Then someone close to me became really sick with the flu.

Now, I feel like - better safe than sorry. I would say that, as long as you are in great health, maybe it doesn't matter.

Influenza Vaccine (Flu) contains: Because each year this

particular vaccine changes we can only guess that many of the

ingrediants are much the same from one strain to the next each

year. Here is a list I found on a website.

Beta-propiolactone, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Sucrose,

Thimerosal, Mercury, Sodium phosphate-monobasic, Chick

embryo cells, Potassium chloride, Neomycin sulphate, Calcium

chloride, Sodium deoxycholate, Sodium phosphate- dibasic

anhydrous, Potassium phosphate- monobasic.

Again we have Mercury, Antibiotics, and Sugar. You can do

some research on your own each year when the newest strain of Influenza occurs. H1N1 is one strain and I found these ingrediants:

The Antigen contains: thimerosal, a mercury-based

preservative used in the manufacturing of multidose vaccines,

sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium

dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride and water, there are

traces of egg protein, and also of formaldehyde, sodium

deoxycholate and sucrose. And the Adjuvant AS03 contains: DL

alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), squalene (shark liver oil) and

polysorbate 80 (an emulsifier). In addition, its vial contains:

sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium

dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride and water.

Remember Mercury is the second most TOXIC chemical known to man.

The flu shot is a lot of guesswork too. They think of what is going to be the flu for that year, and make the shot. Their are people who get the shot and get the flu too.

And so true a lot of people get sick a week or so later with the flu after receiving the flu shot.
