Nimi, Being confident of this very thing, that he which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Philippians 1:6 Your Friend in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior II Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Thank you Nimi for the Prayer for faith. I'd like to share something with whoever is reading ths. The Love, Power and Wisdom of God lies within each of us, and it is there for us to experience. Only His Love can dissolve our fears and doubts. Marianne Williamson in her book "Return To Love" mentions that there are only 2 emotions in the world - Love & fear. She says that Love is of the divine and fear is from the ego. She also says that the so-called negative emotions of anger, hatred, jealousy, greed are fear-based and coming from our ego identities. For example: Anger is the fear that someone is going to takeaway something away from you. Hatred is the fear that someone has taken something away from you. Jealousy is the fear that someone is better than you. Greed is the fear that there is not enough to go around. This does not mean we are not to feel these emotions because whatever we resist will persist. This also does not mean we're to be harsh on ourselves and condemn ourselves for feeling them because we then become unloving to ourselves. But I found this gives us a chance to take stock of ourselves and find out why we are feeling a certain way about someone. If, instead of pointing fingers and blaming the other, we can look at ourselves in the conflict and take responsibility for our own judgements, the world will be a better place. The world is our is our reflection. When we feel the "comfortable emotions" like love, joy and bliss we are accessing the divine in us. Let us pray with Faith that God grants us the Love to dissolve our doubts and fears and the Love to forgive, the Power to speak our Truth, and the Wisdom to take responsibilty for our actions and words.
