A diverse collection of paintings and prints by some of the Westcountry's leading artists of the last century will be auctioned next week at a specialist sale. Works by Robert Lenkiewicz, Beryl Cook and Brian Pollard are already attracting international interest and are expected to fetch thousands of pounds. Auctioneers say the modern, abstract and traditional styles of art that have come out of Plymouth and the South West have a wide appeal and are collected worldwide.
