Hi Luella, Now this sounds delicious. Don't think I'm ready to give up my Miracle Noodles for it, but I'll give it a try. I love Cauliflower and the Italian in me craves the Garlic, so it's a win-win situation for me. Speaking of Cauliflower, here's one that my Nutritionist/Diabetic Educator got me hooked on a few weeks back. Roasting transforms this Veggie into a tasty snack so mellow and delicious that the family gobbles it up like popcorn. Cauliflower Popcorn Place cauliflower in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 4 servings. A 3/4 cup Serving equals 88 calories, 4 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 1 mg cholesterol, 11 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, & 5 g protein. Happy Munching My Friends, Phil
