There is Peace in the Storm

Prior to moving into the storm or while in the midst, I take a moment to acknowledge the core of all that is…..Spirit, God, Truth. It is all the same. And to give that statement concrete meaning by finding something tangible that I know without a doubt is the purest unblemished presence of Spirit. For me it is the smile on my grandson’s face, also watching the hummingbirds feed for the first time in the Spring, the new bright colored flowers. We all have that “thing(s)” that makes us smile no matter what. These all make my heart sing and remind me that all is LOVE. This is the thread that winds through everyone and everything.

I am that pure spirit. At the heart of me is the same pure, happy face that I see glowing back at me, from my grandson. It fills me to know we are the SAME. As we grow, life layers experiences upon us that seem to hide this Spirit but IT IS THERE and I am as you are this perfect unblemished soul.

So as I move into the Storm, whether it be a situation or dealing with a person, I am Perfect, Joyful, Unblemished. I look past the layers of experiences that life has placed upon us causing us to behave or respond in a certain way. I look past this and see the purity of God. This is the Namaste moment.

I give thanks for knowing that this is the place of resolution, peace and pure joy. I give thanks for the ease I feel knowing this is true and that Spirit is looking at Spirit. It feels so good to let it go for all is in harmony as the situation unfolds into the perfect outcome. I give thanks for the wonder of life that allows me to see so clearly in the eyes of a baby that LOVE is present all around.

So I release this now knowing that any perception of a Storm is just that, a perception that I have changed into a situation of perfect unfolding, in my highest good and that of any other participants.

Thank you Life

And so it is!

Good post Richard,

Prayer and self-talk will get us almost anything positive or negative that we can think of.

Have a FANTASTIC day. It's our choice, right?
