So I went on searches. I found that oats are used for infusions/teas. But I didn't think that is what you are looking for, so on I go.
Here is what I came up with, and it maybe the answer:
Oat groats are the oat kernels with the hulls removed. They can be used to make porridge.

I just had to come back and try again and after reading what has been said...could this be
Oat grass? I found this link http://sproutpeople.org/oatgrass.html describing it...maybe? possibly?

I don't know at all, how to grow avocado and if it is possible in a bottle. Interesting. I'll see.
