Dr. King, I think a number of people are going to have a problem with providing their SS#. Even my sweetie questioned me about this. I understand that if we are indeed a registered business and licensed and are stockholders and making money, then yes, this information is necessary. Hi Dr King, I have e-mailed a copy. I will try and get a hard copy in the mail today. It should get there by the 9th since i am in NC. You can't always rely on the mail though. This was really a short notice. Bruce
