In Russia we have "INN" Individual'nii Nomer Nalogoplatel'chka" Individual number of the tax bearer Tax inspection of Russia checks payment of taxes under this individual number. Is it the same as Tax I.D.? P.S. We have here in Russia Official state holiday - Orthodox Christmas on January, 7 on old style of a calendar, and Post officies will be closed this day.
