Hi Winston; =========================================== Hopefully you are also looking for someone in the group that wants to start from scratch as that is where I would like to start (meaning new business, new website etc). =========================================== That's no problem at all. I'm game to work with existing businesses if they're viable (see next paragraph) - and I'd also like to see brand new startups that were born during my test run, too. One of the first steps I'll teach is how to find potential markets, how to tell if an idea is marketable and how to tell if a current business model is viable and marketable as is, or whether it needs some morphing. For people starting new sites, this will allow them to choose a business with high viability. And, for those with existing businesses, site owners will be able to see the viability of their current site. If we determine that viability is low, I'd like to know the entrepreneur is flexible enough to change what they're doing. So, one of the most important things I'll be looking for in my test group is flexibility and enough healthy curiosity to be willing to try new things. : ) Linda

Hello Linda, I would definitely like to be part of the group. I understand all you have said and agree with it. I have been self taught, working with a limited budget and had to sort out the Gurus from the pros. I'm far from from finished. You're creative and well informed. Your daughters question hits home and really applies to many people needing help to get started. we can always lend a hand to people. show them the ropes, offer suggestions and help give them a start. It's not always about the money. Success will yield financial rewards. If you saw a site with real potential and knew you could make it a success story would it be a solution to help that person for a future payment if the site worked, A contingency? Would this proposal have been a solution for you 10 years ago as a single mother? That's an offer I couldn't refuse refuse.
