Hi Evelyn

I see you have been busy posting some good videos. It's about time. We missed you when you were so quiet for so long ....being bad, I presume. Well, we'll forgive you ...this time. It's good to have you back to normal.

Here's a neat video for you ....and everyone. Watch it in big screen, if possible.

Well Helen, I do still have a cord for my hot pot that I use to make my hot water and as I said, the thing is much bigger than I thought it would be but still I absolutely love it. I'm sitting here now drinking my second cup of the day. Can't wait until I can get to the grocery store and buy some different kinds to try. Many companies have the small bricks in different flavors, that are about the a third of the size of the regular bricks.

PS: You're welcome to visit anytime. :)

Hi Evelyn

You are welcome! It offers so much more than a coffee maker. Just think ...no cord, no taking up space on the counter or in a cupboard, easy to clean, small to clean, it's quick, uncomplicated.

There are 2 sizes ..or more. I think the smallest makes up to 2 cups.

I'll pop over for a coffee.

Helen, I would like to give you a big THANK YOU for telling me about the Melitta coffee "thingy". My order came today and I immediately put it to the test and I LOVE it. It made a wonderful cup of coffee. I didn't have any the Melitta cone shape filters so I just used a regular filter that I had and it worked like a charm. It was much bigger than I thought it would be and also heavy but it is big enough that I could make a whole pot when I have company. Just hope I don't drop it on my ceramic tile floor. Again, thanks. :)

In case anyone is wondering what I am talking about here is the one I ordered from Amazon.com

Thank you that is very interesting. Will be eating more lemons. I have had a scare with breast cancer and have lost to many friends and a family member to various cancers.

Now why do you presume I was being bad? As a matter of fact, I was VERY busy and living out of a suitcase for over six weeks and did not always have Internet access.

Not sure if I told you this or not, but back the first of January a rattlesnake got in my garage and that was the final straw. I put my house on the market and decided to move. It was on the market for almost six months with very few showings but in July I got a call from my agent that someone had offered me full price for it. I have no idea when the lady looked at it because there had been no showings in weeks.

Well to make a long story short, I had to put my furniture in storage while I found another place to buy. I eventually found a foreclosed condo that needed a lot of work but I was able to buy it for about $40,000 under market value. There were holes in the walls, everything was filthy and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I hesitated on buying it but it had so many quality features I liked. It has beautiful hardwood and ceramic tile floors, the bedrooms are bigger than what I had in the house and even has a sunroom which I am thoroughly enjoying. I have lots of kitchen cabinets and there are even granite counter tops and a big laundry room. I only have a one car garage but it is oversize so works very well. All in all it turned out to be a good buy.

I hired someone to repair the holes in the walls and paint everything. I also hired a company who came in and ran some type of equipment that eliminated the smoke odor and a lady to clean so now I am settled again and I told my kids that if I ever say anything about moving again to kick my behind.

I decided on a condo because I never felt comfortable when I traveled because the house was in the country and I always worried about someone breaking in, even though I had a security system. One of my new neighbors told me he has lived here eight years and in that time there has never been a break in. The lady over the HOA came to visit and she told me everyone looks out for everyone here.

It's a beautiful complex and the atmosphere here is very calm and peaceful.
