Helen, I would like to give you a big THANK YOU for telling me about the Melitta coffee "thingy". My order came today and I immediately put it to the test and I LOVE it. It made a wonderful cup of coffee. I didn't have any the Melitta cone shape filters so I just used a regular filter that I had and it worked like a charm. It was much bigger than I thought it would be and also heavy but it is big enough that I could make a whole pot when I have company. Just hope I don't drop it on my ceramic tile floor. Again, thanks. :)

In case anyone is wondering what I am talking about here is the one I ordered from Amazon.com

You are welcome! It offers so much more than a coffee maker. Just think ...no cord, no taking up space on the counter or in a cupboard, easy to clean, small to clean, it's quick, uncomplicated.

There are 2 sizes ..or more. I think the smallest makes up to 2 cups.

I'll pop over for a coffee.
