Mix the pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Add the flour, pumpkin spice, salt, baking powder and baking soda to the mixture. Fill each muffin cup with 1/3 cup of the mixture. Bake for twenty minutes and let cool for twenty minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice on top and serve. I believe a yurt is a good idea.

Hi Roger, very interesting and no I did not know what a yurt was and to be honest I had never heard of them. Also when I clicked on the photos it took me to another link where I could read even more. :)

PS: I've not seen you posting any songs lately nor heard anything about Lulu. How is Lulu doing now?

Evelyn,

Great fun.

Here in the UK, because it is such a small island with a large poulation we have VERY strict planning laws. This would never be allowed here.

Local to us a couple, with there children moved into a single storey house to look after mother. There was not enough room for all during the day so they erected a double yurt in the garden. Neighbours complained and the local authority investigated. They were told thaty the yurts did not fit in with planning regulations and they were ordered to take the yurts down.

In case you have never seen a yurt this is one.

May Wisdom and the knowledge you gained go with you,
