How sweet Helen!! I started out with a big smile and ended up with tears in my eyes. VERY touching or at least it was to me. :)

Evelyn,

Great fun.

Here in the UK, because it is such a small island with a large poulation we have VERY strict planning laws. This would never be allowed here.

Local to us a couple, with there children moved into a single storey house to look after mother. There was not enough room for all during the day so they erected a double yurt in the garden. Neighbours complained and the local authority investigated. They were told thaty the yurts did not fit in with planning regulations and they were ordered to take the yurts down.

In case you have never seen a yurt this is one.

Hi there!

It's Love Languages time again!

Get the newsletter below delivered right to your Inbox in case I forget to post it here any given week and learn all about loving. I'm still learning, too.

This newsletter only comes once a week. Click HERE to subscribe.

Words Of Affirmation

If your son or daughter is in college or lives a good distance away from you, send them a letter expressing your love for them and how excited you are for their future. It's always encouraging to receive edification from someone you look up to.

Acts Of Service

If your roommate is in school, find a subject that he or she is struggling in that you are capable of helping twith. If their love language is Acts of Service, this will show them that you care enough to help them succeed in their endeavors.

Receiving Gifts

Wives: consider your husband's favorite hobby and get him new accessories for it. For example, if it's fishing consider getting him a new pole. This will brighten up his next hobby-outing and also remind him of how you love love him.

Quality Time

Husbands: Plan a "beauty & date" day for your wife: Have her clear an afternoon and night and tell her to prepare for a great surprise. Pre-pay for her to get a mani-pedi and then plan to have a nice dinner afterwards.

Physical Touch

If you go on walks with your boyfriend or girlfriend–which you should–be sure to hold his or her hand. This simple form of Physical Touch will mean the world to them.
