Yes i remember this video. I agree to never give up. It fact, I tell myself all the time, You can do this. And I do. It is mind over matter, works every time.That is if you believe you can, you can.
This reminds me so much of what I saw the 3 months I was in the nursing home, taking the exercises to get my legs back after the accident. I saw people who said they wanted to go home, but wouldn't work at it. I was down taking exercises on days when the instructor told me to take the day off. I wanted to go home so badly, I had to work out everyday as much as I could.
There was another gentleman that was an accident that had both arms injured. He could not put weight on his arms. Mine was my legs. I remember him saying " if we could put us together we could have one good person out of us". I felt he was so much worse off then I was. I was thankful mine was my legs, not my arms. I wondered what I would have done because I put a lot of puzzles together in those 3 months at the home.
I love this video. because of what they tell you and what is really truth. The mind is a powerful tool, we need to use it to over come those obstacles they/we say we can't.
