Hello friends, I really enjoy listening to this 13 year old on this season's XFactor. I was blown away from the very first time I heard her. One of his quotes said it all...I don't remember it word for word, but it was something like...you'll get what you want by helping other people get what they want.

His sales success was from believing in the things he was selling, and knowing he was offering quality to people, and being excited about the products/services.
