Hi friends, coming from an area of the country where lamb was not eaten, or at least not by very many people, and it was rarely, if ever, seen in any of the grocery stores. After I moved here last fall, I kept seeing it in the grocery stores and finding it to be a fairly popular choice of meat for many.

After asking around and trying to find out the best way to cook lamb chops, I decided, since no one seemed to know, I would do a google search to see what I could find. I must say the recipe I finally decided to go with turned out to be exceptional and I will now be buying lamb on a regular basis. For anyone else who might be interested, I hope you enjoy this instructional video. There might be a short commercial before the actual video starts.
