Helen, I am definitely of the old school - I do not even run around naked in my own home and I am quite some distance from my neighbours who would not be able to see me..
James has no problem, and couldn't care less if someone saw him.. Maybe the difference between men and women..
Your response to the streaker in McDonalds made me laugh as that is probably the same response I would have too. I have never been at any event, shop, restaurant etc that this has happened.

Aaaaaaaw, c'mon, Amanda. Just let it all hang out. I want to see you strut your stuff. Don't we, everybody!

You realize that this Naked Saturday was probably a ploy thought up by some man or men so they could get the women to take their clothes off.

It reminds me of one time when I took my daughter and her friend, Nicole for a bite at McD's. A guy ran through the front door to the back door wearing nothing but his boots and his winkie flopping in the breeze. I picked up one Nicole's limp potato chips and dangled it and said, "This is the streaker's winkie." Then I put it back with the rest of her chips. She loudly said, "I'm not eating that!"

Happy Saturday, everyone, hope everyone had a wonderful week as I did. As you may remember my telling you, my son and daughter-in-law and little granddaughter, after spending the past week with me, left this morning on their way back to middle Tennessee. I am very far behind in computer issues, including this forum, but hopefully I'll get caught up soon. :)

I'd like to ask everyone to remember Jim and Pam Allen in your prayers. I talked with Jim by phone yesterday and Pam's 84 year old father is very ill with pancreatic cancer.

Hi Amanda, I'm happy you enjoyed them and yes it was sad to hear about his health issues.

Hi Evelyn,
Thanks for sharing these two well known songs of Andy singing.
It is sad to read he is battling cancer.

Amanda, Andy Williams is still alive although he's 83 and battling bladder cancer. Here are a couple of songs by him and knowing how you like to follow along with the lyrics they're included too.

Andy Williams singing Moon River. The song was composed by Henry Mancini (music) and Johnny Mercer (lyrics). It became a theme song for Andy Williams, who recorded it in 1961.

The song 'Strangers In The Night' was composed by Bert Kaempfert with English lyrics by Charles Singleton and Eddie Snyder. Andy Williams sings this song here.

Very nice. I have heard many people sing this song that I was surprised to notice that Andy Williams had sung it and cannot recall him singing this at all. Andy has sung many great songs over the years - gosh is he still alive?
