RE: Ron Paul 2012 - Wins Again

Hello Kathleen

Ron Paul will get more publicity and support now that he has snubbed Donald Trump.

I think this is a brilliant move for Ron Paul.

Did you see the poll on Fox News where Newt was on top then Romney and then a BLANK Space Third and Ron Paul as listed forth.

The commentator when asked why no-one was coming in third place; he answered; Only the two top contenders had a real chance to win.

Fox News is not Left leaning but even they are not supporting Ron Paul

Quote:

Ron Paul has 3 weeks to change his mind and be at that debate, because SOMEONE is going to be the nominee, and most likely the person who's in the public eye the most. Choosing NOT to be in front of over 100,000,000 viewers is a bad choice. Ron Paul is only saying NO because he doesn't like Donald Trump or doesn't take him seriously as a moderator, he's going to have to set that dislike aside, considering if he wants to be President, he'll have to be in the same room talking to lots of people he won't like for 4 to 8 years.

Hi Michael,

You'll be glad to know that Paul & Romney are tied behind Gingrich, but WAAAAYYY behind, in Iowa. I came back to edit this because I thought he was also tied for second in SC but he's not...Gingrich is also leading way ahead in South Carolina (one of Cain's home states) and catching up in New Hampshire (next to Romney's home state) that's surprising, Gingrich is closing in on Romney in a state very close to Massachusetts BECAUSE Mitt Romney doesn't do much to bump up his own numbers, he's not exciting, he's not dramatic unless standing next to Rick Perry and getting ready for a duel, ha.

I've never heard of Grover Norquist, Chairman of Americans for Tax Reform, here's his opinion on the debate: http://www.newsmax.com/InsideCover/Norquist-Trump-Newsmax-ION/2011/12/06/id/420093?s=al&promo_code=DA91-1

Here's my thoughts on what I think Ron Paul should do....

If he does not get the Republican first, then he should drop out and immediately get back in the race as an independent. What do you think? Is that possible?

I still would have liked to see Herman Cain win but it was not to be :((.

Hello Helen

I think Ron Paul should stay a republican as many tea party republican members elected to the house last election would support Ron Paul and learn from him.

I think Newt will fade like the other front runners all did.

Ron Paul will come with a late surge as more Americans get interested and informed leading up to the Republican nomination.

I just saw news that said Mitt Romney will not do the ION debate either. That seems to be handing the nomination directly to Newt Gingrich. If Herman Cain was still in, he'd definitely be at that debate, maybe now's the time for him to re-assess his campaign and re-enter. That would be fantastic! He won't win and probably won't even be VP with all the accusations against him, but it would still bring in an even larger TV audience, and THAT would show the glaring absences of Ron Paul and Mitt Romney.

I also saw Newt's new 1-minute commercial today where he was talking about also throwing out the taxcodes and putting in a simple system, maybe he's planning to use Cain's 9-9-9! Herman Cain had tons of loyal supporters and still does, and all those people really like his ideas! If Newt Gingrich says he will use Herman Cain's ideas, with Cain's support, he's going to have a huge Cain voter-base that the others won't have. They are friends, so I really think Herman Cain will very likely endorse Newt Gingrich, and so will Donald Trump.
