Yes, I liked the puppy also. I had a dog like that once. I believe it was a Terrier. I called mine a Holy Terrier. I looked at Brady's pictures also. I believe I liked the Barn best. I would like to invite you, Brady, and Miguel to bring some of your pictures into my new forum thread Promote your Talent or Business http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/post/2592672/Promote-your-Talent-or-Business.aspx I created this thread so that new members can promote their business safely without going into a social forum and disregarding the topic at hand and just place their ads and go. Here is my latest experiment.

I understand the covering qualities of acrylic paints. I need to explore just how opaque these colours are.

First of all I treated the canvas with an acrylic wash of near black.

I then applied acrylic colours only just slightly dampened with water.

I have now learned a little more about the qualities of acrylic paints.

Here is the result:
