The new financial system is online now and abundant financing is either already or soon to be made available, according to dragon family representatives. The final take down of the criminal cabal has also begun in earnest with over 200 senior bankers arrested and 450 resigned last week alone, these sources say. Japan is also now doing the final paperwork needed to set up an international economic planning agency with an initial funding facility of $10 trillion or about 200 times what the World Bank lends every year, according to Japanese government sources. There will be some sort of announcement about this and other things on Tuesday evening, March 27th, 2012 Japan Standard Time according to illuminati and White Dragon Society sources. The arrest of some very high profile individuals is imminent.

The general structure of the financial cabal and its top leaders has also now been mapped to some extent. For example, the Rothschild family dynasty leaders have been identified. The Swiss branch of the family is run by David de Rothschild in Geneva, the French branch by Guy de Rothschild, the German branch by Rothschild family member and Hitler daughter Angelina Merkel and the British branch by Evelyn de Rothschild.

In the US, JP Morgan is a Rothschild front.

The Rockefeller family syndicate uses Goldman Sachs and Citibank as its major financial fronts. Bank of America is a front for the Italian black nobility behind the Vatican and the mafia, run in part by Peter Hans Kolvenbach, the former black pope. Pope malevolent the 16th is also a senior member of this satanic group.


The Nazi faction is run by Fuhrer George Bush Senior with Ben Bernanke acting as Deputy Fuhrer. Their chemical and pharmaceutical mass murder division is run by the Du Pont family.

The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation is now in Africa forcing families at gunpoint to accept the sterilization by vaccine of their daughters. In North America, Japan and elsewhere the mass sterilization by vaccine is taking place under the guise of protecting girls against cervical cancer. Message to Bill Gates: your company and foundation are going to be confiscated and you are going to spend the rest of your life making restitution.

The United States government has been so compromised by these and other cabal families and their foundation fronts that the upcoming US Presidential “election,” is nothing more than a power struggle between the Chicago mob and their front man Mitt Romney versus the Bush Texas illegal drug mafia and their guy Jeb Bush.

Hopefully the new financial system, once it is fully implemented, will pull the plug on the entire farcical show and Americans will be able to choose their own leaders based on true information provided by free media. For now though, electronically rigged elections and corporate propaganda provide sham democracy for dumbed down and drugged up Americans.

However, a look at the pentagon budget for this upcoming year shows they have dedicated plenty of resources to financing reserve troop units inside the United States. This does not mean they are preparing to put average Americans into FEMA camps as feared by many. To the contrary, they are preparing for a mass round up of cabal agents and proxies, according to pentagon and CIA sources.

There was a clear indication of change on March 20th, when instead of having the cabal scheduled earthquake hit Tokyo, a magnitude 7.4 earthquake hit Oaxaca, Mexico exactly when President Obama’s daughter was vacationing there. Furthermore, this earthquake was advertised in advance through pamphlets distributed locally. This is a clear sign the bad guys no longer play the HAARP.

Another sign of change was the public rebuke of Obama, Clinton and cabal controlled media outlets when the official Chinese government news site, Xinhua stated that North Korea was not on the agenda of the 50 nation nuclear security summit taking place in Soeul [Seoul], Korea this week. The cabal propaganda media has been carrying a fake story about nuclear danger from North Korea even though that country has already announced it will cease nuclear weapons development.

The secret agenda behind this 50 nation summit is an attempt to steal 200 tons of gold that is in South Korean warehouses. That theft is not going to be allowed to go ahead so the cabalists will leave the summit empty handed.

There was also plenty of speculation about a coup d’etat in China last week. All that happened was that a Maoist cabal agent Bo Xilai was removed from power after one of his henchmen was discovered taking instructions from the US consulate in Chongqing, according to MI6 sources. China is still on course for a stable and harmonious regime change-over later this year, according to White Dragon Society sources. The talk of a Maoist coup d’etat was wishful cabalist thinking fanned by cabalist media outlets.

Speaking about fake stories, the “White Hats” group on the internet, consisting of Bush agent Mike Cotrell and Hawaii resident Danny Gammage, has been spewing out laughable libel (such as this writer is a clone).

More damagingly, they managed to fool Lord Blackheath of the UK Upper House of Parliament with a fake story about $15 trillion that he raised in Parliamentary session. The House of Lords is now going to summon a White Dragon Society ally to testify about what is really going on in the financial wars.

The London financial district is headed for further purges and the talk is that Lord Sassoon is headed for a big fall. The investigation may even extend to the UK Royal family, European CIA sources say.

In Japan, meanwhile, the status quo is expected to remain on hold until the March 31st end of the fiscal year because of overwhelming workloads in the bureaucracy and the parliament. After March 31st, there will be concrete negotiations taking place involving the Finance Ministry, Bank of Japan, Prime Minister’s office and Royal Household Agency aimed at setting up a new international economic planning agency.

The Japanese self-defense forces and bureaucracy are also planning a major purge of cabalist puppets in the Japanese Parliament, banks, corporations and media.

Overall, things are looking very good. However, unless we see these senior cabalists on world TV confessing to their crimes, we must not be complacent. Until this financial war is over, keep your powder dry and stay alert.

While Children Starve, Up to Half of the World's Food Goes to Waste










One third to one half of all food produced in the world goes to waste uneaten, according to data recently collected by the Natural Resources Defense Council and presented this month at the 2012 Reuters Food and Agriculture Summit. The NRDC plans to release a full report on food waste in April.

The NRDC’s agricultural experts aren’t the only ones sounding an alarm about the global problem of staggeringly excessive food waste. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reports that the average American throws away 33 pounds of food each month — that’s nearly 400 pounds each year. Food waste makes up nearly 14% of American families’ trash. Americans toss more food in their garbage cans than plastic products. This waste includes both leftover cooked foods, and food that was purchased but allowed to spoil without being eaten. The foods most commonly discarded without ever being eaten include fresh produce, eggs and fish.

But households aren’t the only source of food waste: farmers, packaged food producers and retailers all waste edible food, too. Farmers may throw away excess produce that cannot be sold; food process may discard edible byproducts; grocery stores often reject or discard produce with minor defects. And at any point along the food supply chain, failure to deliver food promptly or store food properly may lead to spoilage.

Food Rots While Millions Go Hungry

Meanwhile, The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization estimated that 925 million people went undernourished in 2010 alone. And hunger is not a problem restricted to developing countries: last year, an estimated 1 in 4 American children lived in households where food was not always available, and 1 in 5 Americans sought food aid through the federal food stamp program.

Food Waste Harms the Environment and Contributes to Climate Change

Agriculture and food production are highly energy-intensive industries. Industrialized farms use petrochemicals to fertilize soil, and fossil fuels to power farm equipment. Transporting food from field to plate consumes even more energy. According to the a report issued by the UN FAO in November 2011, the food sector accounts for nearly 30 percent of the world’s energy consumption. Wasted food, essentially, is wasted energy.

And wasted water, too: the international Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development reports that agriculture accounts for roughly 70 percent of human water consumption.

Beyond the substantial environmental impact of the wasted energy and water represented by wasted food, food waste contributes significantly to global climate change when it decomposes in landfills.

When left to decompose in natural conditions or in a compost pile, food waste naturally releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. But under unnatural landfill conditions, in the absence of air, most food waste undergoes anaerobic decomposition, which results in the production of large amounts of methane gas instead. Though both carbon dioxide and methane are greenhouse gases that can contribute to climate change, EPA scientists estimate that methane gas is 20 times more efficient at trapping the sun’s heat than carbon dioxide — making excess methane much more dangerous to the climate than excess CO2.

Landfills are currently the third-largest source of methane in the United States, producing more of the dangerous greenhouse gas than coal mining or crude oil production. And much of the methane in landfills comes from decomposing food waste.

The good news is, there is a simple solution to this problem that almost every person who eats can easily participate in: waste less food.

Syrian Uprising “Bloodiest” of the Arab Spring









The Syrian government has reportedly agreed to a six-point peace plan proposed by Kofi Annan, special envoy from the United Nations and the Arab League, to end the year-long conflict. But activists and Lebanese military officers reported that the Syrian government’s troops and rebels had clashed heavily on the border on Tuesday. At least 9,000 people have died in the uprising which has become the “bloodiest and most sustained of the Arab Spring,” says the New York Times.

Western diplomats were skeptical about President Bashar al-Assad’s response, accusing him of seeking — as he has down a number of times throughout the uprising — to bide his time and divide the opposition. Robert Ford, the US ambassador to Syria, said that

“We will see … exactly what Assad has said. I have to tell you that my own experience with him is you want to see steps on the ground and not just take his word at face value.”

Russia and China have blocked efforts by the United Nations to propose a diplomatic solution to the crisis and have twice vetoed UN Security Council resolutions requiring that Assad stepped down. But both countries have slowly seemed to be more open to negotiate as Assad’s government has continued with its bloody crackdown of its own citizens in areas including Idlib in the north and Dera’a in the south.

Al Jazeera reports that Assad has visited the Baba Amr neighborhood of Homs, according to SANA, Syria’s state news agency. Assad told residents that “Life will return to normal in Baba Amr, better than it was before” as he inspected a neighborhood wrecked in the weeks-long siege of Homs, an epicenter of resistance. Homs had been under the control of the Syrian Free Army, which agreed to withdraw as the siege continued and residents were increasingly desperate as stores of water, food and medical supplies ran out.

Is Assad Just Biding His Time Again?

Annan’s proposed plan would still mean that Assad would be able to negotiate a transition, just as former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh was able to. Saleh dragged out his exit from power over months and rejected deals brokered by the Gulf Cooperation Council numerous times before agreeing to transfer power to his vice president and it seems not unlikely that Assad might do the same.

As the Guardian observes, last fall, “Damascus accepted a peace plan put forward by the Arab League and then spent weeks haggling over the ‘modalities’ of issues such as access for monitors.” By January, the Arab League mission was widely “condemned… as a fig leaf for continuing state repression,” with reports of killings as outside observers entered Syria.

Hoshiyar Zebari, the Iraqi foreign minister, has said that the Arab League woud support a transfer of power led by Syria.

Syrian Opposition Still Not Unified

The Syrian National Council (SNC), the largest opposition group, was cautious in its response to Assad’s announcement of Annan’s peace proposal. Basma Kodmani, a spokesman in Istanbul, emphasized that “a peaceful transition means that the regime needs to be changed” and thatAssad must step down. Concerns have been raised that some members of the opposition, which is not yet unified, might enter into talks with the Syrian government. Noting the opposition’s lack of trust for the Assad regime, activist activist Louay Safi said that “we are not sure if it’s political manoeuvring or a sincere act.”

The Friends of Syria, which is made up of the US and its European and Arab partners, will meet in Istanbul on Monday to discuss additional measures to further isolate Assad and unite the yet-divided opposition groups.

Doomsday cult descends on town

More than 20,000 people gather at the base of a mountain they believe is home to aliens.Their 'end of days' prediction

An estimated 20,000 New Age believers who say the "upside down" mountain is home to aliens who will rescue them from an impending apocalypse have saturated a small French commune near the foot of the picturesque Pic de Bugarach.

The Independent reports the growing flock, whom locals refer to as "esoterics," believe the world will come to an end on Dec. 21, 2012. They also reportedly believe that the unique mountain is in fact home to a race of alien beings that will emerge to rescue the gathered humans and transport them to a new civilization.

Pic de Bugarach has long been famous because rock samples taken from its peak are actually older than points measured at lower elevations. Scientists say that is because when the 1,230-meter (4,040-foot) mountain erupted, its peak flipped upside down before crashing back down upon the mountain's base. The mountain is said to have played a role in inspiring everything from Jules Verne's "Journey to the Center of the Earth" to Steven Spielberg's "Close Encounters of the Third Kind."

The BBC reports that the French government is concerned about mass suicides taking place near Pic de Bugarach in advance of the Dec. 21 date and that there have been reports of "strange rituals" taking place there as well.

The Independent notes some other rumors surrounding Pic de Bugarach, which included speculation that both Israel's Mossad and Nazis have performed "mysterious" excavation digs there.

"The apocalypse we believe in is the end of a certain world and the beginning of another," one of the New Age pilgrims going only by the name "Jean" tells the paper. "A new spiritual world. The year 2012 is the end of a cycle of suffering. Bugarach is one of the major chakras of the earth, a place devoted to welcoming the energies of tomorrow."

Up to 100,000 visitors are expected to flock to the scene before Dec. 21.

Climate Change Poses Disaster Risk for Most of the Planet

A complete report on extreme weather from the IPCC suggests a future of more natural disasters

Climate change is bringing more droughts, heat waves and powerful rainstorms, shifts that will require governments to change how they cope with natural disasters to protect human lives and the world economy, a new U.N. report says.

The 592-page analysis by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, released yesterday, also makes clear the uneven toll extracted by extremeweather, because its effects can be magnified by a lack of resources to plan for disasters and cope with their aftermath.

Between 1970 and 2008, the report says, more than 95 percent of deaths caused by natural disasters occurred in developing countries, while the largest economic losses from climate extremes have been recorded in richer, developed nations.

But no region of the globe will remain unaffected by changing weather patterns, the IPCC report says.

"One of the striking things, when you look at the report, is that there is disaster risk almost everywhere," said Christopher Field, a Stanford University professor who led the IPCC's working group on climate change impacts. "A focus on disaster risk and a focus on reducing disaster risk should be a priority in every country in every region."

That includes the United States, which suffered $55 billion in disaster-related damage last year, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. That includes 14 extreme weather events that each caused more than $1 billion of damage.

"The assessment has clearly shown that the U.S. is not an exception to the global changes that we see in projecting extreme events into the future," said Thomas Stocker of the University of Bern, co-chairman of the IPCC's physical science working group.

Some areas may become uninhabitable
Those changes include "substantial warming" through the end of the century, with longer, stronger and more frequent heat waves over most of the Earth's land area, more frequent heavy rainfall events, and more intense and longer droughts in large swaths of Europe and Africa.

Some of the shifts are already evident, the report says, including an overall dip in the number of cold days and nights and a rising number of warm days and nights since the middle of the last century.

But the effects of those changes are influenced by different communities' ability to adapt, said IPCC Chairman Rajendra Pachauri.

"There are huge disparities in terms of the impacts of very similar events and disasters in different parts of the world."

Some areas may be rendered uninhabitable by changing patterns of extreme weather, says the new report, which identifies small island states and large coastal cities threatened by sea level rise as likely examples.

"When you look around the world, there are lots of places that are marginal for one reason or another," Field said. "Climate change can impose additional stresses on top of the stresses that are already occurring, and the indications are that for areas that are kind of close to the border line, additional stresses might make them uninhabitable."

'Achingly difficult' choices ahead
For Mumbai, India, vulnerability comes from its location on the Arabian Sea coast, where the mega-city has spread into areas that were once marshland. But it is magnified by "development failures" small and large -- from trash that clogs many of the city's storm drains to the extreme poverty that has given rise to sprawling slums, the new report says.

An extreme rainstorm that hit Mumbai in July 2005 killed more than 1,000 people, mostly slum residents, and disrupted the city's water, sewer, road, rail, power, airtransportation and telecommunications systems, the report notes.

The city is one of several listed in the report as the largest, by population, at risk of future flooding, along with Kolkata, India; Dhaka, Bangladesh; Guangzhou and Shanghai, China; Bangkok; Rangoon, Myanmar; Miami; and Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phòng, Vietnam.

Warnings about the fate of Mumbai's dense, low-lying slums in a planet with more extreme weather hint at the hard choices the world will face as the climate changes, experts said yesterday.

"As we look toward the future, probably the most difficult decisions are going to involve whether there should be a large-scale migration or mobilization of communities," Field said. "The decision about whether or not to move is achingly difficult, and I think it's one the world community is going to have face with increasing frequency in the future."

The IPCC released a summary of the new report in November, but the full report was not released until yesterday. The science panel also plans to release earlier drafts of the report, plus comments by scientific and government reviewers and the responses from IPCC authors.
