Former Bush Official Exposes The Much Needed Truth About US Politics – ‘The Ship Is Sinking’

Galactic Free Press's picture

For ages, citizens of various Western/developed nations have witnessed the infiltration of several countries situated in the Middle East for supposed security reasons. Take 9/11 for example, which had nothing to do with the country of Iraq, yet was then used to justify the infiltration (by the Western military alliance) of that country. This invasion resulted in the loss of millions of innocent lives in that country alone, and for what? We were told that it was to fight terrorism, but as time went on, millions of people started to realize that 9/11, and many other so called ‘terrorist’ threats, were actually pure fabrications; that these ‘false flag’ terrorist activities are completely manufactured by the same military alliance that claims to be going after the perpetrators of these events in the first place. The war on terror appears to be being purposefully prolonged for the benefit of the many powerful people who maintain vested interest in that prolongation — the people for whom profit is derived from conflict. There could be a number of reasons why this has happened, and according to many, it’s to establish a New World Order.

“Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.” (source) – Theodore Roosevelt

In fact, the Perdana Global Peace Foundation recently set up the annual International Conference on the New World Order. Speakers of this event included high ranking politicians, professors, and researchers who discussed and lectured on what is happening on our planet with regards to the New World Order. One particular speaker, the University of Ottawa’s Professor Emeritus of Economics, Michel Chossudovsky, clearly stated his belief that the US-led ‘war on terror’ is a complete fraud, a fabrication, and a big lie. You can read more about thathere.

There is no shortage of ‘credible’ people blowing the whistle today, and one of the most recent examples comes from The Empire Files, where journalist Abby Martin sad down with Lawrence Wilkerson, a retired US Army Colonel and former chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell. In the interview, he explains how the United States has become an Empire that continues to expand their influence globally. He exposes the ‘dark underbelly of DC bribery, intelligence hoaxes as war pretexts and the ruthless nature of US corporate Empire.’

What is going on here? Who is really in control? People from within the system have been raising these concerns for a long time; here is an example of 10 presidents and politicians warning us about the secret government, the power that is found in big corporations and big banks. Bernie Sanders also admitted something many people were already feeling: that it doesn’t matter who is elected, because the power the big banks hold over US policy is too well established to be challenged by any one person. You can see his statements about that here.

I joined the CE team in 2010 shortly after finishing university and have been grateful for the fact that I have been able to do this ever since :) There are many things happening on the planet that don't resonate with me, and I wanted to do what I could to play a role in creating change. It's been great making changes in my own life and creating awareness and I look forward to more projects that move beyond awareness and into action and implementation. So stay tuned :) arjun@collective-evolution.com

Russia says nanny 'schizophrenic' as Syria claim emerges

AFP

Moscow (AFP) - Moscow investigators said Thursday that a nanny accused of decapitating a child has been diagnosed schizophrenic, as footage emerged of her apparently linking the killing to Russia's bombing in Syria.

Suspect Gyulchekhra Bobokulova from Muslim-majority Uzbekistan -- whom the press have dubbed "the bloody nanny" -- was detained on Monday as she was waving the child's severed head outside a metro station in northwestern Moscow. She was sent for psychiatric examinations.

Arriving at a Moscow court on Wednesday, the 38-year-old told journalists that "Allah ordered" the killing as a judge ordered her held in custody for two months over the murder of the girl, whom investigators say was aged either four or five.

Undated footage later emerged on the Internet appearing to show the mother-of-three saying the attack was "revenge" for Russian President Vladimir Putin's bombing campaign in Syria, which began in September.

"I took revenge," she says in the video in response to a question from a man who cannot be seen

"Against the one that spilled blood," she says, dressed in the same clothes she wore in court.

"Putin is bombing. Bombs from airplanes. Why are you bombing Muslim? Nobody talks about it. They also want to live."

After the appearance of the video, Russia's Investigative Committee -- which reports directly to Putin -- swiftly released a statement saying Bobokulova has "long been diagnosed with schizophrenia".

"For a person who has long been diagnosed with schizophrenia, the motive at the moment the crime was committed, as a rule, does not coincide with the explanations given after the event," committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said.

"I appeal to the media: do not make premature conclusions and protect the psychological state of your viewers."

- 'Deranged person' -

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov also dismissed Bobokulova's apparent claims that the killing was revenge for Putin's Syria campaign.

"It is obvious that we are talking about a deranged person," Peskov said. "You need to relate to her words as you would to the words of a deranged person."

Bobokulova is suspected of butchering the girl at the family's apartment in northwestern Moscow, before torching it and fleeing the scene.

Witnesses reported seeing an agitated woman dressed in black who threatened to "blow everyone up," with some media reports saying she shouted "Allahu Akbar" -- Arabic for "God is greatest" -- as she paced up and down with the child's head outside a metro station.

Russia's national television channels have almost entirely ignored the brutal slaying of the child Nastya, who suffered from epilepsy and learning disabilities.

The Kremlin has defended the blackout while rejecting claims it ordered the move, with Peskov saying the subject was "probably too monstrous to be shown on television".

GOP candidates pledge to vote for the man they call a liar, con man and fraud

As Donald Trump has notched win after win in the GOP primaries and caucuses, conservative and Republican Party elites have begun to panic.

They have created new million-dollar coalitions to take down the New York businessman, rallied around the hashtag #NeverTrump, and cheered past nominee Mitt Romney’s speech on Thursday morning tearing down the real estate mogul.

But asked at the end of Thursday night’s debate whether they’d vote for Trump if he was the Republican nominee, every candidate reluctantly said yes. Although not without making it really, really, really clear they didn’t want to.

“Support the Republican nominee?” said Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, as if he needed to process the question. “I’ll support Donald as the Republican nominee — and let me tell you why. He went on to berate Bernie Sanders as a “socialist,” and accuse Hillary Clinton of lying to “the family of victims who lost their lives in the service of our country,” concluding that “We must defeat Hillary Clinton.” (Anyone interested in a#NeverTrump sticker, however, can purchase one on Rubio’s website.)

Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas also pledged to support Trump, but made his answer all about himself: “I gave my word that I would,” he said. “And what I have endeavored to do every day in the Senate is do what I said I would do.”

Gov. John Kasich said he’d do it, too. It may have been an easy call for the Ohio governor, since he believes he won’t need to cast that particular vote. “I kinda think that before it’s all said and done, I’ll be the nominee,” he said, and then launched into an explanation of candidate ethics. “When you’re in the arena, you enter a special circle, and you want to respect the people that you’re in the arena with. So if [Trump] ends up as the nominee—sometimes he makes it a little bit hard—but … uh, you know. I will support whoever is the Republican nominee as president.”

Finally, moderator Chris Wallace turned the question to Trump. “Can you definitively say tonight that you’ll definitely support the Republican nominee for president, even if it’s not you?” he asked. “Even if it’s not me?” Trump said innocently, eliciting laughter from the audience. He couldn’t resist answering the question without lobbing one last insult at his opponents.

“I’m going to give them some credit, too, even though they don’t deserve it,” said Trump. But the answer is: Yes, I will.”

North Korea leader orders military to be ready to use nuclear weapons at any time

North Korea defiant over UN sanctions?

By Jack Kim

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un ordered his country to be ready to use its nuclear weapons at any time and to turn its military posture to "pre-emptive attack" mode in the face of growing threats from its enemies, official media said on Friday.

The comments carried by official KCNA news agency marked a further escalation of tension on the Korean peninsula after the U.N. Security Council imposed harsh new sanctions against the isolated state for its nuclear program.

Kim made the comments as he supervised the exercise of newly developed multiple rocket launchers, KCNA reported. It did not mention the date of the drills but said the new weapons had South Korea within range.

Kim said North Korea should "bolster up (its) nuclear force both in quality and quantity" and stressed "the need to get the nuclear warheads deployed for national defense always on standby so as to be fired any moment," KCNA quoted him as saying. "Now is the time for us to convert our mode of military counteraction toward the enemies into an preemptive attack one in every aspect."

North Korea fired several short-range projectiles into the sea off its east coast Thursday, Seoul officials said, just hours after the U.N. Security Council approved the toughest sanctions on Pyongyang in two decades for its recent nuclear test and long-range rocket launch. The screen reads "Sanction on the North Korea." North Korea has previously threatened pre-emptive attacks on its enemies including South Korea, Japan and the United States. Military experts doubt it has developed the capability to fire a long-range missile with a miniaturized warhead to deliver a nuclear weapon as far as the United States yet.

North Korea on Thursday launched several projectiles off its coast into the sea that flew up to 150 kilometers (90 miles), South Korea's defense ministry said, an apparent response to new sanctions imposed by the United Nations this week.

The U.N. Security Council passed a unanimous resolution on Wednesday dramatically expanding sanctions on North Korea following its fourth nuclear test on Jan. 6 and a long-range rocket launch on Feb. 7.

South Korean President Park Geun-hye on Thursday repeated a stern warning against the North to abandon its nuclear ambitions and said should would work to "end tyranny" by the North's leader.

Last month, Seoul suspended the operation of a jointly run factory project with North Korea that had been the rivals' last remaining venue for regular interaction.
