This is funny, I can't have soy, because of an under active thyroid. Also, told to stay away from milk. So I have been using Coconut milk, almond and rice milks. All are great, and better for you then the processed milk on the market.( All good bacteria taken out of cows milk). They all are light and good for you.

Great picture of Paula Deen, Myrna. I wish I knew how to post those. When I try copy and paste it doesn't work for pictures so I don't know how it is done.

As I told Phil, I cannot drink soy milk either. I have not tried the milks you mention so will have to do that. Thanks for the tip.

Donna, I wonder if this will help you get started posting pictures.

How to post text links, pictures and video clips.

To post a picture click on the symbol . Copy and paste the link of an image, picture or a graphic, when the Image Editor pops up, then paste that link in top line (Image source) and click OK.

To post a video from YouTube, click on symbol, a popup box appears, paste the link to the video in that address. If your link has anything past the letters&numbers after equal sign, you would need to delete those. Sometimes it will be something like &related. Now click OK, it will show a box with a red X in it, the video will show up when you make your post.

You can also use the quote button to re-post or remember what you are responding to.

You can resize your picture by typing in size in box that comes up with the language box, (usually if you use 600 on top line, it will resize to fit format) if you click in that area after you post link or upload you can see your picture. You can also resize after you post it.

You can click on Photos at the top of a page and make an album to upload photos to here at Adland.
