Just done that, and guess what. My book is not on the 3/4 page. So looks like it's time to re submit my site on the Free submission sites. Here we go again.

Bill, there are several ways to advertise your book but to have Lulu promote it for you does cost money. I have not chosen to go that route. After submitting your site, it takes several weeks before it shows up on those search engines. Never seems to help me but I can't say about others. As I said the free advertising here is a good place to start. Although I don't go there often anymore you can join Link Referral and get people to look at your site. It really helped me when I first started with my website.

Also, I use Facebook to promote my books. Probably Twitter would be good also - I have just stopped using it myself.

I am going over and invite a friend who has published books and can probably tell you more than I can. She will probably come by and post.

The first book Minnie Lee is a story I wrote in honor and a tribute to my dear sweet Mama. The other is a mystery with a 'ghostly' touch. Third one is a poetry booklet with color paintings and illustrations. It focuses on comfort from loss of loved one but has some inspirational poems as well.

The first book was published in May 2010. With the 3 books, I have sold 20 copies so far.

Hi Sara. I think that is very good. As you say i suppose it will take time to get into the Lulu system. So will give it a bit more time. Thanks for your reply.
