Luis has a good point with the profile of the last POTW winner
Once a week the new winners picture is added and taken off for the next weeks winner.
Every week someone would have to do this.I can understand that it could be a pain to do this every week with all the other website work that your programers need to do.
It all cost money for everything you have them do.

So back to the Landing Page Do it Once and your done.
The POTW Team keeps the forum up to date as volunteers

From there as you can see members can see to vote they can vote then move on.
If they have already voted that week .
Everything is there like always easy access to where in adland they want to go.
The First thing i do and i bet everyone does is check my messages.It's automatic for me to do this first.Once that is done i move on to other areas like check for new friends.Post to people my programs or ask how there doing in there's.From there i will do other things like View Forums and such.Really a person could stay in Adlandpro All Day and find things to do.
That's what we want to keep those members in adlandpro doing things we all know some of those members links will bring us out of adland to there programs.Open New Window is great because it keeps the adland window open.

The Last thing is
If you want Votes you need to that POTW Forum Doorway as a target for every member to Hit without being invited or asked or searched for.

I think a good % of people in adlandpro will vote even if there high yield marketers
Others do not care there just out to make money.
But to Grab those votes a landing page is the only way to go.
They'll will accept the minor change if they use The Adlandpro Marketing Programs that are offered here.

May I suggest something? When you are on the home page this should stand out more maybe make it bigger or bolder "POTW: Have you voted in this week's Person of the Week yet? Click here now to read all about it!" It really isnt that noticable and does not really stand out enough. We notice it because that is the subject of our conversation. But to strangers they might just skip over it. It really needs to be eye catching to get peoples attention it might get more response if its bolder it needs to stand out.
