Stephen: While it seems neither ZAP nor Susan wish to say much about the long-awaited RV, there IS a very long Q&A here with much of likely interest in this message. However, I have edited out a lengthy section which gave a blow-by-blow analysis of yesterday’s message from the Spiritual Hierarchy and the Galactic Federation via Sheldan Nidle (here) Positive verification or not, we don’t run such analyses of channelled messages here on the site. While we all have our inner ‘knowing’ about certain messages, one person’s interpretation is different from another’s – especially when what is being verified is yet to happen. For those who wish to read it elsewhere, Google ZAP or Poofness. Also, the section about ‘dialing a dinar rumor’ is obviously tongue-in-cheek.

I don’t want to have a battle of the wits with those of you half-armed with info. So, I’ll default to saying nothing in regards to the state of the RV. I wish every one of you could see the movement and actions going on behind the curtain to bring this to a successful conclusion. It would really help to calm your over-hyped anticipation and frenetic confusion. All that can be said is there is a “Very Successful Conclusion Nearly Upon Us.”

There is still very little to say this week. However, i can say that massive amounts of money have been moved this last week, and billions have been paid out in the bond redemptions already.
It has all, indeed, started.
The comments are incisive as usual, and this one is worthy of answer.
Q: Hi Zap. Just a comment….Hope you are reading this today. I know you always say that Mountain Goat (Stephen: for those who don’t know, Mnt Goat is a dinar intel source) seems to be spot on. And here I thought all the corruption had stopped according to several of your posts! Makes me question anybody’s intel anymore. It’s too bad we can’t change anything even when we vote, since ALL elections are pretty much pre-determined already. – RN
A: The great corruption is over on the high levels, but what we see is the machinations (last ones) of the cabal at work only. The remnants are still a pain in the #####, and hard to get rid of as it is pretty well on the detail level, but the main corruption of stealing trillions is done. This is what I meant by the end of corruption. It will filter out to the details shortly. And, yes, elections are orchestrated so they do not appear to be pre-determined. Sad. That too shall disappear.
Q: Dear, Susan and Zap. In your last Tuesday newsletter could you please shed some light on the following Questions,
(1) Is it true that the “Privileged” class of our society are exchanging their Dinar ahead of everyone else as stated by Mt. Goat Sunday Eve.
A: Yup.
Q: While we the people keep getting put off week by week.
A: Yup.
Q: (2) What happened to CL (Stephen: Christine Legarde) who was to step in and make it happen by a certain date which has come and gone If the US keeps stalling.
A: As I said, the dinar thing is not my cup of tea, and I only know the main parts of it. The last guy to foul things was the AG of the USA. . He has been put in his place and can no longer do anything.
Q: (3) Why would an NDA be needed for something that is a public and International event?
A: Because they had to swear allegiance to the real USA.
Q: (4) Has the Dinar RV’d in the country? Some say yes; some say no. Which is true??
A: It will RV when it is announced. In the meantime, I am announcing a new business. It is called “dial-a-dinar”. (Reminder: this section is tong-in cheek)

Q: Susan and Zap, been in programs 25+ years. Christmas coming fast. Scared to death of nothing happening again this year. Just about got it done but have to go into next year. Most of us oldy moldies in the program may not make another year of maybe. This guy brought me to my knees with unbelief. Hope he is wrong. Hope is fading fast as we get closer to the 25th. I have followed the postings of Poof, Wilcock, Fulford, etc. for quite some time. There is a part of me that longs for their words to be true, but the evidence is overwhelming that they are “yarn spinners”. Selling fiction as truth. We, as humans, are hard-wired for “hope and change”.
A: Hope is good. Leads to resolve which leads to action. Change follows. Works for me.
Q: Religion/dogmas that tout a “better tomorrow” are swallowed up by the masses longing for a “better, easier” day. “Beam me up, Scotty” is all I can say. I have yet to see proof of Poof’s promises.
A: Poof sold us on the concept we can be better than we are, right? And interspersed a whole bunch of salient information throughout that he sweated to have vetted. (hmmmmm….dial a poem?)
Q: I have never considered myself a conspiracy believer,
A: Wow. Anything change yet?
Q: But it does make sense that there are those who prey on the willing, and the willing follow the “scapegoat” to the rendering plant.
A: Ah…a glimmer of a light bulb
Q: I do “hope” they are right, but the evidence is strong against. Show me the “hope and change”.
A: It is all around us. Keep looking. It really is there.
Q: Don’t just find a news article and correlate it to a postulate and say it is proof you spoke the truth. If hundreds of perpetrators are being arrested, show me.
A: Arrests are specific and ongoing. Many, many bankers have bought it. Or you could dial 4 or 5.
Q: If there is a plan to change the world as we know it, show me. Proof is what I need not rhetoric or misdirection. Show me!
A: You will have to go to china and see some things there that the family have kept secret for ages. Extraordinary really. I was there, so i speak from seeing it. There is indeed a plan. It is divine. And it is manifest in the secrets that the family has started to reveal for the benefit of humanity. This plan will culminate in the new financial system that is a stone throw away now. I have seen it, smelled it, and worked it. Still working it in the capacity given me. Quite real. Wish i could take you there and show you, or at least sit down for a beer and chat a bit.
Q: Hi Susan and/or ZAP. Somewhere in the mix of info/intel we have been led to believe the “RV” was happening and the PP would be next to be funded. I just rec’d info/intel (?) that the “RV” was not happening.
A: It is: soon, now. Tomorrow? Possible.
Q: Since we have been told the PP will not happen until the RV is done…..where in hell are we. …the PP (Stephen: Prosperity Packages) folks on the schedule? By Xmas? Can you clarify? Love ya…ymb
A: The PP is separate from the RV but intertwined. If the PP does not kick in before Christmas, it will shortly in the new year.
Q: Hello! With all of the craziness that seems to be going on with the RV, how does this affect us receiving our packages? It seems many (of the elite and politicians) have already exchanged their Dinar; now the “common folk” are next in line.
A: No. The ones under contract will continue even after the public announcement, but they have started.
Q: Does everyone have to exchange before our program starts to deliver packages?
A: No. Separate item and will go anytime, but after the public RV.
Q: Are we going to be pushed pass Christmas before we receive?
A: I do not think so. The activity I see spells a before-Christmas RV. I hope it is tomorrow. Maybe if I dial 8 or 9…
Q: Hi Susan & Zap, I truly believe in all that you inform us about, and I have absolutely no doubts about anything surrounding the Iraqi dinar RV or the GCR (Stephen: Global Currency Reset) or the PP’s. But it appears/seems that the elite cabal has still got enough power to slow things down (so it seems, anyway), and I was under the impression that WE were now in control of all of this, and that there had been a shift in power and that we were on the road to recovery from all of the ill effects of the cabal.
A: Not yet. Not for a bit yet. We are making headway, yes, but these changes can only come about when the global reset comes about, and that will be very, very soon. I have personal knowledge of this, and I really wish I could talk freely…you have no idea…
Q: Can you please address these issues in the next update because I am sure others are just as weary of all of the “Seemingly Delays” in getting all of this to come to a finish, especially after 10, 15, or 20 years of waiting and being this close to the finale and getting more & more anxious to see it done. It is really getting harder & harder to stay positive while seeing this thing being drug out, please calm our nerves/fears.

Q: Zap, Thank you for all the updates that you have been giving since Poof has passed on. It seems that the messages are the same every year like the Peanut comic strip where Lucy holds the football while Charlie Brown tries to kick it. Lucy pulls the ball away just as Charlie Brown gets there to kick it and ends up on his back every time. Every week it’s going to happen, always going to be released before Christmas to stimulate the economy, but it never pans out for one reason or another. Here we are about 2 weeks before Christmas, and we have nothing to show for it. We are always close since tomorrow is closer than yesterday, but how can we move forward if the Bad Guys are still running the show and the 3-letter agencies stealing us blind? Is the end near and by Xmas or are we going to be disappointed again? We haven’t RV’d yet and that was supposed to have happened a week or 2 ago.
A: Yes, the bad guys are still in the spotlight, but they have made a deal with the light. In the meantime, habits are really and truly hard to break, so they cannot change as fast as some others, so they continue with their paths of destruction regardless. If they overstep the bounds of the treaty, though, they get taken out, so most of them are toeing the line and, crafty devils that they are, are at the crossover line pushing the envelope rather than retreating back from it and doing the right thing. Habits, you know…the 3- letter guys are another story. Their job now is to oversee the transition and ensure it goes off smoothly. Their job definition has changed, and there are many white hats there now. They are far brighter than the idiots with hard-to-break habits. Besides, before Christmas, the mechanisms for project fundings will be active, and we intend to deliver some measure of relief if we have enough time – it will be hard though but we will try. Next year though…it will be a wow.
Q: Hi, Susan & Zap – Very discouraging that we have heard the dinar RV should have been completed since the prosperity packs were to have been released on the heels of that. Will it ever happen (Omega)? I certainly have my doubts. Yes, I would like it for things to be considerably easier, but I would also like it to make things easier for those I know and love. And food pantries and animal shelters are so in need right now. I used to carry food (for both dogs and cats) along with water and bowls to put it in in the trunk of my car, and I would feed and water those that I saw. If you could pass along reasons why you think omega is going to happen, I would be very appreciative. Blessings – T
A: Because I have inside knowledge of the programs, and they are real. More than that would give me away. One major reason is the quintillions in the master accounts that have been verified to exist. This is humanity’s money, and it is being released.

Seeing how all these great things are supposed to happen Now, and apparently they aren’t again … I had someone tell me that …………. “what if, since Iraq isn’t going to be accepting 3 zero notes after January 1, that the elites are now cashing in, but they will let us go on until that date not being able to cash in, and then say … Too Late for you, peons”! Is this a possibility?

I see another potential…”dial-an-idiot” (for answers) it will be similar to “dial-a-dinar rumor” but will feature real, live, outsourced former Indian telemarketers who will be educated to page 42 of macroeconomics 101, given 2-year old enquirer and mad magazines to read, and left to their new skills to answer callers in a thick Indian accent. They will further offer a warranty on their answers. If the answers are wrong, then they will replace them free of charge, with only a small shipping and handling fee of $4.99 per minute. Some truths take longer than others, so be patient if you are placed on hold…
