Benjamin Fulford Update 12-10-13

Posted on

High level negotiations over starting the new financial system and restoring the Republic of the United States of America are proceeding smoothly but there are still a few cockroaches to deal with first.
A hint about how negotiations are progressing came out last week in the form of a Freemason handshake between Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan and US Ambassador Caroline Kennedy. Here is the picture as shown on the official web page of the office of the Prime Minister:

http://www.kantei.go.jp/foreign/96_abe/actions/201311/20kennedy_e.html

For reference, see here some pictures of freemason handshakes:

http://www.blessedquietness.com/journal/housechu/handshak.htm#.UqKrtuKzJSA

According to MI5 and books about Freemasonry, the particular handshake shown in the photo is likely to be something known as the Tubal-cain (two balled cane). The handshake has a multilayered meaning but in this case the message it seems to be conveying is likely to be in the phrase usually associated with this handshake:

The Mason must “follow in the footsteps of his forefather, Tubal-Cain, who with the mighty strength of the war god hammered his sword into a plowshare.”

http://www.macquirelatory.com/rituals%20of%20freemasonry.htm

Also, according to MI5 the handshake as shown puts the Prime Minister in the ascendancy over Kennedy. There is also a sexual connotation in the two-balled cane meaning.

Furthermore, this handshake is associated with the Pagan god Vulcan. Vulcan is associated with Thunder, Lightning and Fire. In ancient times, tributes to Vulcan included human sacrifices.

Pastor Paolo Izumi, who runs the Tachikawa Church and who helped shelter a member of the Japanese self-defense forces who unwittingly participated in the March 11, 2011 nuclear and tsunami terror attack against Japan alerted this writer to the handshake and noted Japanese national TV broadcasts made a point of zooming in on it.

So, the likely interpretation to this is that the US government is showing itself to be under Asian influence as the passive partner but that it is strong and ready to sacrifice human lives if necessary.

The publication of this photograph follows a week of intensive negotiations in Asia by US Vice President Biden and a visit to China by UK Prime Minister David Cameron.

A CIA source in Asia says Biden returned home from China empty-handed after begging for money. However, the official Chinese Xinhua news agency reported a whole series of deals involving the oil industry and oil extracting technology. In other words, the US government was only able to get money for keeping itself going in exchange for handing over much of its oil business. China also got promises of more US high tech and more opportunities for Chinese companies to operate inside the US.

The main sticking point is that China wants the US to start arresting the people who were behind plans to kill billions of people, notably the Neocon authors of the Project for a New American Century.

Here is what Nelson Mandela, the great man who passed away last week, had to say about the US:

“If there is a country that has committed unspeakable atrocities in the world, it is the United States of America. They don’t care for human beings,” Mandela said.

http://rt.com/news/mandela-sharp-quotes-media-860/

This quote came in reaction to the Iraq invasion by George Bush Jr. who has announced he will go to Mandela’s funeral. Perhaps Bush is hoping for a Mandela inspired peace and reconciliation process instead of the death penalty he deserves. It may be too late for that.

Getting back to Asian diplomacy, the UK Prime Minister’s visit was on the surface all about business. However, Cameron was also told to start arresting UK criminals named as being behind the 311 mass murder, according to MI6 sources. Cameron also visited the central city of Chengdu with James Sassoon on undisclosed business.

The Chinese also sent an agent to visit the White Dragon Society last week. The meeting was friendly and harmonious. An agreement was reached to have complete transparency of information in communications, to promote mutually beneficial relations and to allow both sides freedom to take necessary action. If this sounds vague, that is because it is mean to be vague.

There was also communications between the P2 Freemason lodge and the White Dragon Society last week. According a P2 source, United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon had promised last week to hand over $400 billion to save the Italian financial system but that he was unable to produce the money. Also, the P2 want former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconni to return $100 billion of Italian money he has hidden in offshore bank accounts.

If it is true that Ban Ki Moon no longer has access to money, that is big news. Ban Ki Moon’s name came up in the investigation of the Chiasso incident of June 2009 in which two Japanese diplomats were illegally detained and had $134.5 billion dollars’ worth of bonds stolen from them. Moon and the UN then offered the Asians $100 million in exchange for giving ending attempts to cash historical Asian bonds. The Chinese have said in the past they do not trust Moon because his words and actions show he is a cabal stooge. It looks like somebody chucked a Moon.

Also, there are signs the dollar based financial system is headed for some sort of monumental crash.

The situation is one in which impossibly large sums of debt inside the Western central bank computers hang over a world GDP only a tiny fraction of that amount. As the P2 source put it: “The algorithms are broken and it is impossible to restore the old financial system.”

The White Dragon Society has long insisted that the only solution will be to unplug the central and mega bank computers, delete all the funny money and re-input based on paper receipts.

A lobby within the military industrial complex also contacted the WDS last week insisting that China was getting too arrogant and needed to be taught a lesson. The answer given was that China is not the country that has killed tens of millions of people and been constantly at war for the past 60 years.

The best move a hardline nationalist US faction could take would be to declare bankruptcy, repudiate US foreign debt and start issuing a new government controlled currency. The problem with taking such an action is that it would then become impossible to maintain the US international military presence.

The WDS has proposed to the rest of the world that a better alternative would be to hire the US military industrial complex to do good. US special forces could then do things like protect endangered species from poachers instead of stealing oil for robber barons. The freemason handshake mentioned above may be a sign the military industrial complex agrees. In that case, it appears the ball is now in China and the BRICs alliances court.

Pope attacks mega-salaries and wealth gap in peace message

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope Francis said in the first peace message of his pontificate that huge salaries and bonuses are symptoms of an economy based on greed and inequality and called again for nations to narrow the wealth gap.

In his message for the Roman Catholic Church's World Day of Peace, marked around the world on January 1, he also called for sharing of wealth and for nations to shrink the gap between rich and poor, more of whom are getting only "crumbs".

"The grave financial and economic crises of the present time ... have pushed man to seek satisfaction, happiness and security in consumption and earnings out of all proportion to the principles of a sound economy," he said.

"The succession of economic crises should lead to a timely rethinking of our models of economic development and to a change in lifestyles," he said.

Francis, who was named Time magazine's Person of the Year on Wednesday, has urged his own Church to be more fair, frugal and less pompous and to be closer to the poor and suffering.

His message will be sent to national leaders, international organizations such as the United Nations, and NGO's.

Titled "Fraternity, the Foundation and Pathway to Peace", the message also attacked injustice, human trafficking, organized crime and the weapons trade as obstacles to peace.

Anger at multi-million payouts for executives has swept across the globe as the economic crisis has deepened and the gap between the super-rich and the poor has widened.

But last month, Swiss voters rejected a proposal to cap the salaries of top executives at 12 times that of a company's lowest wage, heeding warnings from industry leaders that the measure could harm the country's economy.

CRUMBS

Francis said many places in the world were seeing a "serious rise" in inequality between people living side by side.

He attacked the "widening gap between those who have more and those who must be content with the crumbs", calling on governments to implement "effective policies" to guarantee people's fundamental rights, including access to capital, services, educational resources, healthcare and technology.

The new pope's style is characterized by frugality. He shunned the spacious papal apartment in the Vatican's Apostolic Palace to live in a small suite in a Vatican guest house, and he prefers a Ford Focus to the traditional pope's Mercedes.

A champion of the downtrodden, he visited the island of Lampedusa in southern Italy in July to pay tribute to hundreds of migrants who had died crossing the sea from North Africa.

Last month, in a document seen as a manifesto of his papacy, he attacked unfettered capitalism as "a new tyranny".

Since his election in March as the first non-European pope in 1,300 years, the Argentinian has several times condemned the "idolatry of money" and said it was a depressing sign of the times that a homeless person dying of exposure on the street was no longer news but a slight fall in the stock market is.

Russia is a force for moral good but no superpower: Putin

MOSCOW (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin, in a thinly veiled criticism of the United States, portrayed Russia on Thursday as a force for peace and morality that had no desire to be a global superpower.

"We do not aspire to be called some kind of superpower, understanding that as a claim to world or regional hegemony," Putin said in an annual address to parliamentarians and senior national officials.

"We do not infringe on anyone's interests, we do not force our patronage on anyone, or try to teach anyone how to live," he said, using phrases that echo his previous criticisms of the United States.

Russia, he said, would strive to be a leader which defended international law and respected national sovereignty and the independence of nations.

"This is absolutely understandable for a state like Russia, with its great history and culture," he said.

Russia had a big role in a deal under which Damascus is to scrap its chemical weapons and possible U.S. military strikes were averted. He said Russia had helped "international law, common sense and the logic of peace" prevail.

Without naming the United States, Putin warned that the development of anti-missile shields and powerful long-range non-nuclear weapons could "reduce to nothing" existing nuclear arms control pacts and upset the post-Cold War strategic balance.

"Nobody should have any illusion about the possibility of gaining military superiority over Russia," he said. "We will never allow this to happen. Russia will respond to all these challenges, political and military."

Russia is developing its own effective non-nuclear weapons, he said, adding that in efforts to upgrade its nuclear arsenal "we are reaching new milestones successfully and on schedule. Some of our partners will have to catch up."

(Reuters) – Time magazine named Pope Francis its Person of the Year on Wednesday, crediting him with shifting the message of the Catholic Church while capturing the imagination of millions of people who had become disillusioned with the Vatican.

This is the third time the magazine has chosen a pope as its Person of the Year. Time gave that honor to Pope John Paul II in 1994 and to Pope John XXIII in 1963.

The Argentine pontiff – who, as archbishop of Buenos Aires was known as the slum cardinal for his visits to the poor and penchant for subway travel – beat former U.S. National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden and gay rights activist Edith Windsor for the award.

Other finalists included Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz from Texas.

“What makes this Pope so important is the speed with which he has captured the imaginations of millions who had given up on hoping for the church at all,” Time said in its cover story.

“In a matter of months, Francis has elevated the healing mission of the church — the church as servant and comforter of hurting people in an often harsh world — above the doctrinal police work so important to his recent predecessors.”

Time said the final selection was made by its editors, who had considered suggestions from the magazine’s more than 2 million Twitter followers.

Vatican spokesman Father Federico Lombardi said Pope Francis, the first non-European pope in 1,300 years, the first from Latin America and the first Jesuit, was not seeking fame.

“It is a positive sign that one of the most prestigious recognitions by the international media has been given to a person who proclaims to the world spiritual, religious and moral values and speaks out forcefully in favor of peace and greater justice,” Lombardi said in a statement.

“If this attracts men and women and gives them hope, the Pope is happy. If this choice of ‘Person of the Year’ means that many have understood this message, even implicitly, he is certainly glad.”

In September, Francis gave a groundbreaking and frank interview, in which he said the Vatican must shake off an obsession with teachings on abortion, contraception and homosexuality, and become more merciful.

And in July, Francis told reporters he was not in a position to judge homosexuals who are of good will and in search of God, marking a break from his predecessor, Benedict, who said homosexuality was an intrinsic disorder.

Francis replaced Benedict in March after he abdicated.

The new pope’s style is characterized by frugality. He shunned the spacious papal apartment in the Vatican’s Apostolic Palace to live in a small suite in a Vatican guest house, and he prefers a Ford Focus to the traditional pope’s Mercedes.

A champion of the downtrodden, he visited the island of Lampedusa in southern Italy in July to pay tribute to hundreds of migrants who had died crossing the sea from North Africa.

With the Catholic Church marred in recent years by sex abuse scandals, Francis formed a team of experts Thursday to consider ways to improve the screening of priests, to protect minors to help victims.

Still, Barbara Blaine, president of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP), a victim advocacy group, said in a statement Wednesday that more action was needed.

“After nine months of essentially ignoring the church’s most severe crisis, (Pope Francis) hastily announced last week that he’ll appoint an abuse study panel,” Blaine said. “He has not, however, made a single child safer.”

Aisha North: The Manuscript of Survival – Part 378

Aisha North Manuscript of SurvivalThe Manuscript of Survival – Part 378, channeled by Aisha North, December 12, 2013 at http://aishanorth.wordpress.com

We think you will all feel a sort of quickening in the air now, like a slight shift in the pressure or the temperature, and we gather many of your animal friends will exhibit symptoms of noticing the same.

For there is something approaching indeed, and you are just about to pick up on the first signals coming in from this rainstorm of light that we have referred to so many times in earlier missives. For it is indeed approaching you, and now you will all feel these faint stirrings coming in, just like those magnificent beasts, the elephants, can pick up signals through the soles of their feet.

For there is indeed a brand new vibration coming in, and anyone with their ears close to the ground energetically speaking, you will already have picked up on these still rather faint signals. But now, these signals will indeed amplify, so that more and more of you will start to sit up and prick up your ears in anticipation.

For you will feel the oncoming of something so magnificent, it can almost seem to be too much, and along with the anticipation, you might also feel the stirring of anxiety setting in. Let us just assure you that this is only to be expected, for what you are feeling into, is a change so fundamental, it will indeed wipe the slate clean in so many ways, you will not be the same after you have been under this deluge of energetic purification.

And remember, you are still very much identifying with the old you, the one you used to be, but are not any longer. Still, the memories have not been wiped completely from your very being, and as such, you will still have a hard time envisioning yourself as you are to become. And so the old instinct of shunning change will automatically be triggered in so many of you, and even if you do not have a conscious image of what you have in store, your inner being knows all too well what a major transformation this will be, and so it will be a mixture of longing and fearfulness.

For deep down, you all know there is no going back now, you have indeed committed yourself to become as new again, but when your mind tries to grapple with this fact, all it can think of, is death. For this has in many ways been a procession of deaths, as you have all one by one shed those old layers of you, and alongside with this process of resurrection, goes a process of death.

For the old you must leave in order for the new to take its place, and even if you have all been deeply immersed in this cycle of death and rebirth for so long on this journey, this time the results will be so deeply transformative they are apt to trigger what is left of that old defense mechanism of staying within those old confines and definitions of who you think you are.

But all of those old walls have been torn down now, and even if you have yet to grasp the full extent of this, you are already flexing your wings and testing out what this death of the old really means. But now, as those powerful winds of change are building up on the horizon, the realization that the old you is indeed already a thing of the past will start to seep in, and it is apt to cause more than a little frisson here and there.

So do not be surprised if you find that old and familiar feeling of anxiety cluttering up your stomach, but know that this is simply a sign of what you are about to become. For as these storm-force winds start to sweep across this planet in the very near future, all of the old and outdated ramshackle parts that used to be you, will be blown away forever. So you might feel naked and vulnerable, even more so than before as you start to face this truth, for in this as in all things that entails deep and irreversible change, it takes time to find that equilibrium again.

So again we say, know that all is well even if you yourself might feel less at ease than usual, and know that any knots within your stomach are simply a sign of an approaching event that will take you literally by storm and lift you out of the old, and firmly set you feet first into the brand new you. And from that, your brand new world will be born. So give yourself the assurance you need in order not go into fear as these energetic stormtroopers approach.

As we have told you before, they will not come to break you down, they will come to set you free once and for all from that old prison of limitations. For there are no limits, but as yet, you have not been able to literally see that for yourself, and so you continue to see walls and barriers where there no longer are any. And that is why this lightstorm is so sorely needed. For you need help to set your mind free from it all, and that help is getting closer and closer even as we speak.
