This is the Archangel Uriel channeled message for August 19, 2013

Compassion is a soul quality that manifests on the Earth through kindness. Soul qualities express themselves as emotions in the third dimension and with this expression comes the potential for misuse of these energies. When compassion is expressed in a lower vibration it becomes pity, which is not kindness or beneficial, it is your agreement with someone’s weakness and powerlessness.

As you maintain the energy of compassion you allow its frequency to express itself in your interactions with others and you become a Light of compassion, expressed on your path and within your frequency as kindness.

When you use kindness in your interactions with others you give them the gift of acceptance, Love, and compassion. Kindness is more than being nice to others, it is a state of spiritual mindfulness, where you allow your spiritual nature to shine and light the lives of those around you.

When you practice kindness your Light shines more brightly than any darkness around you. Being kind to others, in every situation, allows you to stay in your power and to choose how you will interact with everyone around you. When kindness arises from compassion, it creates a pathway for continuous, unconditional forgiveness and freedom from judgment, fear and limitation.

Being kind means being gentle with others, having consideration for them and being helpful to them, but not by feeling sorry for or pitying them. Sometimes an act of kindness involves walking away from situations and confrontations that you would normally engage in. You are kind to yourself when you choose what serves your highest path and the peace, Love, and joy you wish to have in your life.

When you choose to be kind you can avoid karma with others because you can exercise forgiveness. Acts of kindness involve being thoughtful and considerate of others including being mindful of their level of spiritual growth and understanding and how it affects their interactions with you.

When you are kind to others you create the energy that they must connect to when they interact with you. In this way, kindness becomes an energetic boundary that invites and attracts kindness to you. When you are kind to others you share your spiritual gifts with them. They can accept them, or not, according to their abilities. Whether or not they respond in a like manner does not matter, your gift of kindness opens the door to new ways of interacting that are free from conflict and fear.

When you choose kindness as the energetic vibration that you will share with others you create healing for yourself and offer them the gift of healing. You also create this vibration in the world around you and for the planet as each of your individual actions is magnified and manifested in the world. Imagine what the world would be like if everyone was kind to each other.

It is something that you can create for yourselves and the world when you are kind to one another. Hold that vision and know that each act of kindness is important to the healing process that the Earth and humanity are currently experiencing. Learning to be kind to each other, as a way to express your soul quality of compassion, is a gift that you can give to yourself and to others every day.

Most lightworkers and lightholders are probably by now recognizing within themselves the signs of a gradual awakening. But for those who may not be, let’s review what our sources have to say about the process of our gradual awakening.

Jesus through John Smallman reminds us that “at the center of your being you have always known that this was to be the lifetime in which your awakening would come to pass.” (1)

Most of us are starseeds, here to assist Gaia and her inhabitants with their Ascension. Our Ascension has already occurred, perhaps many times over. For the most part we’re 7th-12th dimensional beings from star systems like Arcturus, the Pleiades, Sirius and Andromeda.

But part of our agreement has been to wear the blindfold and go through the awakening process along with everyone else. And so what the nature of our awakening is becomes of interest to us.

The master Hilarion explains that “awakening most often occurs when there is something revealed that was not known before which rocks the foundation that people based their lives upon.” (2)

“This shakes the template that has been in place around the Earth and around each inhabitant and opens up the contemplation of other possibilities that were not considered before.” (3)

What is awakening us is that the Source, through the Company of Heaven, is sending us light and love, as Archangel Gabriel speaking through Shelley Young describes for us.

“You have been exposed to an influx of light that has been unprecedented on your planet thus far. …

“You have just shifted into a brand new AGE. Imagine how much that multiplies the effects when you are in the ending of an age that has lasted thousands and thousands of years and is transitioning into a brand new age that will also last as long!

“On top of that, you are learning with your bodies how to assimilate the light that is flooding your planet and how to work in the higher dimensional energies. So it has been a lot and we understand and honour you for that.” (4)

The Arcturian Group describes how this light works its miracle.

“With your intent and permission, energy change first flows into your energy field and begins to dissolve that which is old and untrue – the shadow energy that you carry with you in the form of any false beliefs regarding yourselves and others. The shadows are dissolved in the presence of the Light – higher frequency energies.

“Gradually, the individual then begins to experience change within his thinking patterns as well as within all facets of his life and this is often where the ‘problems’ start. He finds that he no longer resonates with people, places, or things as he used to and the evolving student may find himself with some difficult personal choices to make.

“These subtle changes usually unfold gradually and lead the initiate into the new as they are ready or able to handle the higher frequencies. This may appear to the student as though nothing is happening.

“Understand that as you allow and gradually begin to hold more Light, you are changing the energy of the whole planet.” (5)

Our shadow selves subside under the impact of our dawning awareness of truth, they tell us.

“All there is to shadow energy is an unawareness of Self – some carry more, some carry less. As each new awareness of truth deepens within you, its Light becomes a part of your energy field.” (6)

The planetary logos, Sanat Kumara, gave us his description of how the light energy shifts us.

“There have been significant energetic shifts upon your planet in the last couple of weeks. And even within the last few days.

“Now when we say ‘energetic shifts,’ what do we mean? Because, as you know, part of this process — of shift, of awakening, of Ascension — has been the continuation and the penetration of your sacred beings, each and every one of you, directly from the heart of One, of Mother/Father/All Source, from we who serve you and who are in partnership with you.

“And that is particularly true as [Archangel] Gabriel and I penetrate each of you and the planet, sweet Gaia, with gold and pink light, and the energy of beauty, of peace, and what we would call enlightenment — and I do not use that phrase casually or lightly.” (7)

The process of penetration is not something that stops and starts, he explains.

“So each of these frequencies does not stop and start and stop and start. The way in which this transition, from my perspective as planetary logos, is being handled is there is an escalation.

“Now, this escalation in some situations has been gradual, over decades, as you know. And then there has been a turning-up of the gas jets in certain situations, which is exactly what has happened in the past couple of weeks and in the last two to three days.” (8)

As we’re able to handle more, the energy is amped up.

“The energies and the frequencies are turned up, made stronger, more palatable quite literally, because you are able to handle more and more energy. And the purpose of this energy increase and frequency increase, vibrational increase — however you conceive of it — is not for you to be out of body, but to be able to manage, to hold and to integrate this into your body, so that your level of heart consciousness, of full awareness, is growing.” (9)

At some times, the experience may seem overwhelming, he tells us.

“Now you may feel as if you have your finger in a light socket. In some cases, many of you are actually feeling a little irritable, as if you have too much energy in your body, as if you can run 20 miles and then some.

“Allow it to, gently, simply, anchor within you — and yes, run if you must, or if you choose. But do not try and slow down or halt, in any way, shape or form, the increase in vibration that is coming into not only your field but being effected into your physicality.

“This is part of your ability to be fully anchored in the higher dimensions, or what you tend to term the higher dimensions.” (10)

Thus our gradual awakening is being brought about by higher beings flooding the planet with light and love. It’s gradual but increasing and, as our abilities to handle the light increase, so the amounts sent to us increase.

Tomorrow we’ll look at the incredible lightness of being we are more and more experiencing as we assimilate this light and shift into higher and higher dimensions.

Whatever life may look like to you, all is well. The sun is up in the sky. Grass grows. Stars come out.

Many conclusions you draw are assumptions. Assumptions seem real, yet they are not.

The whole Universe is serving you at the same time as you serve it.

Tragic circumstances seem real to you. I do not make light of what you go through, though I tell you truly, beloveds, despite your pain and suffering, the worst that really happens is that three oranges are being juggled up in the air, and one drops. Yes, of course, people do fall off the edge of the Earth, even though, in Reality, there is no edge to the Earth to fall off from.

Keep your heart high. Keep your spirits high. The God of Love says that all is well. This is not a pat on the back. This is not manufactured comfort. This is not purple prose. This is the Truth I speak. This is not fantasia. All is well — this is Reality.

All the woes of the world, all the entanglements, all the estrangements, all the tears, all the shouts, all the fear and trepidation are like cartoons you look at, at the end of which, when you consciously inhabit Vastness, you will laugh.

Hearts seem to break, yet hearts pull themselves together. You pull your heart together, and you get up and continue to roam around the Earth. Surrender to joy. Surrender to joy as much as you surrender to sorrow. Joy is real. Cause for joy is real. Sorrow is an invention. Sorrow is not real. It is made to look real. It feels real. Sorrow, pain, suffering and such are all based on patterns of thought. The Truth of Existence is love. The Love of Existence is Truth.

The True You is not the dramatically written fictional one. Just as a uniform of any kind has no existence of itself, the same can be said about the manufactured you. A façade is a façade. Even a good façade is a façade.

You are a Great Soul in a uniform referred to as a body. A body takes up space in what is called space. The material does not truly exist.

“How can God say that?” you ask. ”How could I drive a car unless a car exists? Look, here’s the steering wheel. How does a steering wheel steer a car that doesn’t exist?”

As in Monopoly, the paper money is all play money. It serves as currency on the board game, yet it isn’t really currency.

The real currency is love. Love is the economy of the world. More than that, it is the economy of all Creation. The only true is love. Love is all that exists.

“God,” you may say, “You exist. You say I exist only as You. I would like to experience that.”

Dear One, I Who Am – and the individual you who is not – also are love. That’s it. There is no counting. There is no other than I and that means Love, Love on a Grand Scale, not a smattering of love, but Love Exultant, the Beingness of Love. Love Still Yet Whirling, Love All That Is Tumbling Over Itself.

You are not off an assembly line like a piece of candy. You are, Truth be known, totally The Fullness of Love, Love Vibrant and Viable, Love Perpetual, Love and Nothing Else But Love,

So help Me, God.

Veronica Palm, Gina Dirawi and other well-known Swedish women in support of Muslim attack victim.

Swedish women have been posting photos of themselves in traditional Muslim headscarves in solidarity with a woman attacked apparently for wearing a veil.

Among the protesters from various faiths were politicians and TV hosts.

The “hijab outcry” campaigners urged the government to “ensure that Swedish Muslim women are guaranteed the right to… religious freedom”.

The victim was taken to hospital after the attacker tore off her hijab and hit her head against a car on Saturday.

The assailant also shouted racist insults at the woman – who was pregnant – during the attack on Saturday in a Stockholm suburb, the victim’s friends told Sweden’s media.

Police are now investigating the incident.

‘March of fascism’

Using the hashtag #hijabuppropet (hijab outcry) a number of women across Sweden published pictures of themselves on Twitter and other social media websites on Monday.

Among the protesters were lawmakers Asa Romson and Veronica Palm, and also TV host Gina Dirawi.

The campaigners said they wanted to draw attention to the “discrimination that affects Muslim women” in Sweden.

“We believe that’s reason enough in a country where the number of reported hate crimes against Muslims is on the rise – and where women tie their headscarves extra tight so that it won’t get ripped off – for the prime minister and other politicians to take action to stop the march of fascism,” they wrote in the Aftonbladet newspaper.

In response, Justice Minister Beatrice Ask said such attacks “must be taken very seriously”, according to the TT news agency.

The minister is expected to meet the campaigners on Tuesday.

The family members in A&E's monster hit reality series "Duck Dynasty" have always been upfront but not in-your-face about their faith on camera. Off camera, though, the Robertsons are not afraid to loudly proclaim their religious beliefs, including their stance against abortion.

Video surfaced Tuesday of "Duck Dynasty" patriarch Phil Robertson delivering an impassioned speech slamming abortion. "From the time you started inside your mother's womb, Thomas Jefferson had it right," he said. "You have the God-given right to live, for crying out loud."

He continued by holding out a finger. "You're this long! C'mon! You have a God-given right to live. And of all places, inside your mother — what in the world happened to us?"

Robertson, a former standout football quarterback at Louisiana Tech, has been an ardent believer since the '70s. During that time, he "was headed south" — drinking, fighting, mistreating his family. When his wife, Kay, kicked him out, Robertson turned to religion.

Though Robertson feels free to let loose his opinions in a speech, he told the Wall Street Journal in June that his family purposefully plays down their faith on "Duck Dynasty."

"We can't get into spiritual matters on the show too much," he said. "That's a little much for the production company. They say, you know, it's not the Pat Robertson show."

Still, the family doesn't hide their beliefs. And it's possible religion will play a greater role this season, with oldest son Alan — a former minister — joining the cast. In fact, before the season began, Alan said he hoped to spread his message to a bigger audience thanks to the popularity of "Duck Dynasty."

Alan said of leaving his pulpit, "What I do for our church — you see, it's a pretty good-sized church — impacts a lot of people. But because of my association with the show, I'll get to minister to a lot more people."

"Duck Dynasty" airs Wednesdays at 10 PM on A&E.
