With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew.

We are happy to address the questions of many readers about two situations that also are of interest to a multitude of others. Both involve United States citizens, and while it may appear that they have no connection whatsoever, these two highly publicized issues are the same at the core and both are examples of long strides in your society’s progress.

First: Will Edward Snowden’s release of confidential documents lead to more transparency about his government’s activities or just further complicate tenuous international relations?

If it could be said that transforming your world requires a primary ingredient, that ingredient would be truth. The energy levels in which Earth is orbiting is paving the way for truths to come forth, but there is no specific means whereby this must occur because there is flexibility in soul contracts.

To explain this relationship, let us say that you chose to earn a considerable amount of money to balance a lifetime of desperate poverty. Along with that provision of the contract, you chose factors to help attain it, such as country of residence, innate skills and a tendency to think and act independently. But there is no hard and fast method or only one field of endeavor that will lead to your acquiring the lifestyle you chose.

Without any conscious memory of your soul contract, you simply respond to ideas, instinct, intuition, aspirations and conscience—your soul’s messages to your consciousness that are aligned with your contract choices—as opportunities arise that “fit.”

When this is applied to persons you call whistle-blowers, it is what Edward Snowden did. While he is regarded by some as a traitor and by others as a hero, your analysts discuss his childhood and adolescence, personality traits and immaturity, and they speculate on his motives for releasing his government’s confidential documents.

They don’t know and neither does Snowden that he was responding to his soul’s messages when the opportunity arose that “fit.” It is the same confluence of energetic factors that motivated Bradley Manning to disclose official documents and Julian Assange to establish WikiLeaks. By no means are these three the only ones who have acted upon a sense of responsibility to “bring truth to light”—we are speaking only of persons currently in the news.

As for the released information’s effects on international relations, the individuals mentioned have no interest in making a mountain out of a molehill; they have far more important internal matters to deal with. Furthermore, the prevailing vibrations are all in favor of leaders smoothing out any differences and arriving at international accord.

As for transparency in governing, this will come about with the demands of the citizenry—not just an end to secrecy, but to political self-service, corrupt justice systems, and the corporate money that underlies many governing bodies’ policies and legislation. The outcry for change is not only in the United States, to be sure! Egyptians, Brazilians and Russians are among others who also are demanding that their respective governments serve the people’s best interests. In every nation where beneficial changes are needed, the persistence and courage of grass roots movements, some with external support, is what will manifest them.

The second issue of widespread interest is the trial of George Zimmerman that resulted in his acquittal of manslaughter and second-degree murder charges in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. While most people are focused on the verdict—fair or unjust?—many readers are asking: Did they and their families agree to this in their soul contracts?

Yes, but this begs an explanation. Trayvon and George and their families are like all other souls insofar as selecting karmic experiencing to balance other lifetimes. That is, they agreed to experience the killing, death and traumatic aftermath, and their contracts offered a degree of flexibility insofar as where, when and how that would occur.

Especially during this unique time in the universe, opportunities that “fit” are arising plentifully worldwide so that not only can karmic choices be completed, but also those serve a “greater purpose.” And so it is with the Martin and Zimmerman families. Defense attorneys and a juror claim that race was not a factor; nevertheless, the pervasiveperception is that racial discrimination, or profiling, is indeed the root of the matter and many are protesting the verdict.

The trial and its outcome are forcibly “bringing to light” that racial bigotry, which long has been a stain and a strain on humankind, has no place in your world today. Education may shift a mental outlook on race, but it is only when hearts are deeply touched that real change is effected in a society— this is why Trayvon and George and their families agreed to their respective roles in this personal tragedy.

The same kind of bitter divisiveness caused by racial bigotry also is inherent in religions, ethnic and cultural traditions, societal “caste” designations, governing systems, gender, and economic status. All of these areas of differences that have caused untold suffering for millennia will be coming to an end.

Individuals around the world are fearlessly responding to a strong sense of responsibility to act upon what they know at soul and conscious levels is the right thing to do, and the universe is presenting opportunities for them to act in alignment with contract choices. Most are not recognized outside their circle of close confederates, and even the few who are heralded internationally are no more aware than is the populace that before birth, these individuals chose to be who they are, doing what they are doing.

One who is well known and greatly respected is Malala Yousafzai, the young Pakistani girl who, even after being shot because she was fighting for the right of girls to be educated, is continuing her efforts toward that goal. It is not only because of expert medical attention and myriad prayers that she recovered from a life-threatening head wound. In her soul contract, she chose to devote her life to this valuable service that ultimately will benefit girls wherever they are being denied the same education as boys.

Pope Francis is another well known and greatly respected person. The spiritually evolved soul who embodied as Jorge Bergoglio did so by request of the highest universal council so that later he could fill the powerfully influential papal position. In keeping with the soul’s acceptance, the universe “paved the way” for the opportunity that “fit.” Thus Bergoglio became the pope and despite strong opposition in the Vatican, he is acting upon what he feels is his responsibility, to right the wrongs that body has perpetrated from its inception.

Throughout Earth’s ascension pathway she has been receiving an astronomical amount of light from other civilizations. But, our beloved family, it is the light being generated by everyone who is heeding the voice within that is moving your society ever closer to a peaceful, harmonious world where all share equally in Earth’s vast abundance.

All light beings in this universe embrace you lightworkers in unconditional love and highest esteem!

In one breath I tell you that you know everything. This is true. Deep within you, unseen, perhaps not even hinted at, you know the whole mechanics of creation. There isn’t anything you don’t know. Remembering and comprehending – they are two different stories.

In another breath, I tell you that you don’t need to know everything. You don’t have to know anything. What do you think you have to know in order to create your life and make it lovely? Perhaps you have to know less than you think you do. Innocence is good. It keeps you from being clever. In addition to innocence, what do you require to direct the course of your life?

Desire and intention. Both are good. Intention is mighty powerful.Everyone desires good fortune, don’t you think? Yet not everyone intends good fortune.

There are too many who are certain that life chases after them, that difficulties pursue them, and that despair is their lot in life. They almost make sure they don’t have good fortune since they see a different story and seem to pursue it hand over fist.

Sometimes it certainly seems that some people cling to misfortune, expect it, encourage it. They may say that life is unfair, that I, God, am unfair, that I don’t give them a chance when it is they who are unfair to themselves by announcing that they are put upon, that their suffering is greater than any other’s, that they are picked to be picked on, and, yet, beloveds, they pick themselves for trouble.

They could just as well lift their heads and choose good fortune for themselves. Why not? Why wouldn’t they? Did they convince themselves that they are tragedians?

Intention goes beyond wishing upon a star. And, yet, beloveds, there is nothing wrong with wishing upon a star. Stars are great luminaries, and they like to be wished upon. Wouldn’t you like to be wished upon? Wouldn’t you brighten up if you knew that you were wished upon? What a great role that would be! To be chosen as a wish-fulfiller!

Turn on your headlights. You can see further than you are presently seeing. Turn on your lights, and you won’t be confined to shadow, not at all. Your eyes are your future. What your eyes see today, what your thoughts think today predict your future. Your thoughts are your headlights. It is a good idea for you to light your own candle. Light and relight.

Pay attention to what you see and what you say about what you see. You don’t have to voice your every thought. Consider your thoughts like magic wands you wave around. Wave what you want to come true. No longer brandish what you do not want. Light up your wishes. Drop your doom thinking. You don’t have to think that way so stop thinking that way. Stop predicting misfortune. Stop anticipating worse to come. Anticipate what you desire. Intend it.

What I am saying now is something that is good for you to know and good for you to follow. Do you know better advice?

Have you perhaps been advising yourself to grumble? To point out what a victim of life you are? To proclaim that you always get dealt the worst card in the deck?

Your thoughts have been like powerful magnets. You have been a tumbler of thoughts. You catch your thoughts, and you toss them up again. What you toss, you catch.

Of course, you see yourself as innocent, and there is the strong sense in which you are, or you would think differently. Now, bless yourself and promulgate what you would like. Let yourself out of the captivity of past thoughts right now.

Today we bring you a message of hope and encouragement. The changes you are waiting for are emerging on all fronts. However, we hasten to point out, as we always do, that this is, merely the natural outcome of what is happening within yourselves.

Speaking to each of you who earnestly search, day after day, for any small tidbits of news that might encourage you and bring hope, we trust that you are finding many more of such now than ever before.

This is due to the advances made in your own understanding and awareness, to the steadily increasing numbers of you who are awakening, and to the deeper and deeper immersion of your world in the purest of unconditional love that is the field of energy most prevalent in the cosmic environment through which you are traveling now. Picture it as a day at the spa and soak it up, my friends. You have spent too long in lesser vibration and you deserve the renewal.

You are, in your northern hemisphere, in the very height of your season of growth, and in the southern, in the midst of your season of rest. Not long need you await the burst of renewal and harvesting that approaches. We know that you feel in your very core the excitement even though you cannot quite perceive what the causes are. This is because you can feel and do know what has shifted in your collectiv consciousness. You are more connected than you yet understand. That however is also changing.

Prepare yourselves for a future of joy, of happiness, and of the abundance of which you have received repeated promises. And do not ask if you are there yet. Instead, if you truly wish to increase your abundance, try giving thanks for each blessing you can see or feel in your own lives. You will find that such an attitude will act as showers on flowers. May your gardens be bright and plentiful.

Continue to be strong, be at peace in your hearts, and be loving. We will be with you in your every step. Feel us in your hearts and we will speak with you again soon. Good day.

Beloved Ones,

I would like to have discourse on the quality of love known as sincerity. This quality comes from deep within the heart of each soul and is like a pure, shining light that radiates outward.

When one speaks with sincerity, it is immediately felt in the heart space as truth in the one who listens. This quality when manifesting within an individual is one to whom others respond to in a positive manner. They know that this one can be trusted and that they are honest and truthful. Whatever an individual says and does, it is this quality which gives it the radiance of light.

As people interact with each other, it is this facet of love that keeps the relationship growing and expanding. There are no inconsistencies in the behaviors and patterns of the people involved and all know that each member can always be relied upon to speak and act with truth and integrity. The individuals are held in high esteem by their comrades, for they know these people will never let them down, no matter what event is occurring in their lives, just as they know that the sun will always rise. There is a feeling of oneness and camaraderie that is experienced between all the individuals.

With this quality inherent within an individual, many doors are opened that would not do so if this individual did not express this quality of love. When one walks in goodness, simplicity and sincerity, one is recognized as a person that can be trusted in all things and because this quality within them is recognized, one is entrusted with responsibility that entails the higher good of others, whether it be with family members or with the greater community around them. The one who manifests this quality of love walks upon a higher path of consciousness, knowing that the most important aspects of life upon the planet involve the constructive use of the qualities of love and the knowledge that what one gives to others is what one receives in return.

This quality of love requires the willingness to have an open heart without the shields of protection around it. It requires individuals to live their everyday lives with transparency and earnestness, leaving no room for deceptions or dishonesty of any kind. When one’s life is an open book with no shadows or secrets in it, one can walk upon the Earth free from the fear of discovery and dishonor. It entails the following of one of life’s golden rules, which is to do unto others as one would have them do unto you, for in truth, what people do to each other does affect the whole of the planet.

As the world begins to once again reflect this and other qualities of love, the density around the planet begins to dissolve and dissipate and everyone benefits enormously because the element of fear and suspicion is no longer the underlying motivation when two or more people interact with each other. This is the state of being that each individual is aspiring to achieve so that the Earth and all her inhabitants can live, love and prosper in peace, harmony and truth. It requires each soul to cast out fear and stand in their truth and integrity at all times. This state of being is most definitively for the highest good of all.

I leave you now to reflect upon these words with this quality in your hearts.

Investigators are systematically combing through the 19,000 accounts held by the Vatican’s bank in search of money laundering and other crimes, in a long-delayed attempt to clean up the reputation of the tarnished institution.

The campaign to bring more transparency and accountability to the bank started under Benedict XVI, but has dramatically picked up momentum under Pope Francis since his election in March.

The forensic review is being orchestrated by Ernst von Freyberg, a German banker, lawyer and member of the Knights of Malta chivalric order, who was appointed president of the bank earlier this year.

He has brought in forensic accounting experts from Promontory Financial Group, a risk management and regulatory compliance consulting firm which works in 50 countries.

A dedicated group of around 15 experts from the company have moved into the bank’s headquarters, a medieval tower within the tiny sovereign state.

They are conducting detailed background checks on its 19,000 account holders, from priests, nuns and employees of the Vatican City State, to religious orders, Catholic charities and dioceses.

They are analysing around 1,500 accounts a month and since starting work in May have sifted through around a fifth of the bank’s clients.They scrutinise the client’s identity, check whether there are any other signatories on the account, and hunt for any suspicious financial activities.

“We have made enormous progress over the last 12 weeks in opening up to the world,” Mr Von Freyberg told The Daily Telegraph from his office inside the bank.

“Our work is to make the bank transparent. The second important element is to clean up our accounts.

“Promontory is cnducting a full forensic review. We need to become compliant with international financial laws, including on money laundering. The Pope strongly endorses a Vatican bank that serves the Church and no one else.”

The multi-national team of specialists is drawing up an anti-money laundering rule book for the bank’s 112 employees, hauling its financial regulations into the 21st century and making sure relations with other banks are above board.

“They are working more or less 24 hours a day,” said Max Hohenberg, a German public relations consultant who has been appointed the bank’s spokesman as part of its push for greater openness.

The bank, officially known as the Institute for Works of Religion, has struggled to clean up its image ever since Roberto Calvi, dubbed “God’s banker”, was found hanging beneath Blackfriars Bridge in London in 1982 – the victim of a suspected Mafia killing.

Calvi was the chairman of Banco Ambrosiano, an Italian bank which collapsed with massive losses. The Vatican was the main shareholder in the bank.

The exact circumstances of his death have never been resolved but there are strong suspicions that he was punished by mobsters for losing money that they had entrusted to him.

It is claimed that a priest appointed to a key role in the Vatican bank had a string of homosexual affairs that forced his recall from an overseas posting.

Pope Francis recently appointed Msgr Battista Ricca as his “eyes and ears” within the bank after launching reforms aimed at cracking down on reported money laundering, tax evasion and other financial abuses.

However, it has been claimed that Msgr Ricca, 57, who had a 15-year career as a Vatican diplomat, allegedly shocked fellow priests and nuns at the Holy See’s embassy in Montevideo, Uruguay, by having a homosexual affair with a captain in the Swiss army.

The expose of the alleged indiscretions, which happened in 1999 and 2000, was published by L’Espresso, a weekly news magazine, which said they had been confirmed by “numerous bishops, priests, religious and laity” in Uruguay.

Father Federico Lombardi, the Vatican spokesman, said the reports about the monsignor were “not tenable”.
