Liberation is at hand Dear Ones, as one by one you will step into the Divine truth that is YOU. We know this will be small consolation for all of those struggling in the depths of despair, seemingly unable to free themselves from a veritable morass of old drama and dross.

But as many have testified to already, suddenly it will be like when the sun’s rays pierces through the darkest and densest of clouds, and just like that, the raging storm dissipates, and you will see a brand new world standing before you. And the reason for this, is that you will see a brand new YOU standing within you, a you that has shed every last vestige of the old and contaminated skin that was restricting your every move.

And you will laugh in joy at the ease of it all, for when the last piece of the puzzle clicks into place, it will transform the whole image into something that is so far removed from your old image of yourself you will find yourself laughing with relief.

For then you will see every battle and all the struggle for what it really was, just a step on the path towards enlightenment. Not as a punishment in any way, for that is what it feels like when you are still stuck within this old skin of third density awareness.

And remember, the reason that this skin feels even more itchy and uncomfortable and even downright painful at the moment, is that the YOU you carry inside has started to grow at a rapid rate. And so, the old confines will feel more and more like a security prison, where you are locked into a space that becomes ever more claustrophobic by the day.

So again we say breathe, and even if your space by this time might feel so restricted it is as if you can hardly draw your breath at all, we still urge you to try to go beyond this feeling of asphyxiation and try to connect with that space you have already cleared within. For if you do that, if you do connect within, you will all find at least one small pocket of expansion where you can catch your breath.

And again we say, that is also the only way to break through this dense outer layer. Not by using yourself as a ramrod, bashing yourself again and again against this brick wall of drama and turmoil. No, it is only by going within and connecting with this liberated space you do have inside that you can make that thick outer armour literally crumble to dust. This will not be easy, for your very instincts will tell you to break free by tearing at the wall. But try to fight that instinct by not fighting it, but by sitting down and surrender to yourself, the true self that is at ease already within you.

We know our messages will seem to be repetitious at the moment, but we see where so many of you are at this stage. For you are literally on the verge of breaking through by doing just what we have told you to do. So stop the fight that will only serve to leave you even more bloody and ravaged, and surrender to the wisdom of your own Self that you carry within.

And then, you will once more be able to bear witness to the truth that when you do, the sun will come out and you too will start to shine away the storm clouds that seems to have stationed themselves permanently around your very being.

Stephen: In a week where truth is spouting forth everywhere, I’m hoping the death of this young man was, in fact, accidental. Michael Hastings certainly ruffled a number of high-level feathers via his whistleblowing and investigative articles.

US Media Mourns Gun Young Reporter

He reported from war zones and brought down a top American general with a hard-hitting profile. But now American publishers and readers are mourning the death of young award-winning journalist Michael Hastings, who died on Tuesday in a car accident in Los Angeles.

Hastings, who was 33, was described by many of his colleagues as an unfailingly bright and hard-charging reporter who wrote stories that mattered.

Matt Farwell, a veteran of the Afghanistan war who worked as a co-reporter with Hastings on some of his recent pieces, said in a eulogy sent to Rolling Stone, “Part of his passion stemmed from a desire to make everyone else wake the f— up and realise the value of the life we’re living.”

“As a journalist, he specialised in speaking truth to power and laying it all out there. He was irascible in his reporting and sometimes/often/always infuriating in his writing: he lit a bright lamp for those who wanted to follow his example.

Hastings won awards for magazine reporting for his Rolling Stone cover story “The Runaway General.”

The story was credited with ending General Stanley McChrystal’s career after it revealed the military’s candid criticisms of the Obama administration.

Hastings quoted McChrystal and his aides mocking Obama administration officials, including Vice President Joe Biden, over their war policies.

At a Pentagon ceremony for his subsequent retirement in 2010, McChrystal made light of the episode in his farewell address. The four-star general warned his comrades in arms, “I have stories on all of you, photos of many, and I know a Rolling Stone reporter.”

Most recently, Hastings wrote about politics for the news website BuzzFeed, where the top editor said colleagues were devastated by the loss.

“Michael was a great, fearless journalist with an incredible instinct for the story, and a gift for finding ways to make his readers care about anything he covered from wars to politicians,” said Ben Smith, BuzzFeed’s editor-in-chief.

Smith said he learned of the death from a family member.

When he died, Hastings was a contributing editor at Rolling Stone. Managing Editor Will Dana released a statement on Tuesday saying Hastings was one of those great reporters who “exude a certain kind of electricity”.

“The sense that there are stories burning inside them, and that there’s no higher calling or greater way to live life than to be always relentlessly trying to find and tell those stories. I’m sad that I’ll never get to publish all the great stories that he was going to write, and sad that he won’t be stopping by my office for any more short visits which would stretch for two or three completely engrossing hours.”

Hastings was also an author of books about the wars. The Operators: The Wild and Terrifying Inside Story of America’s War in Afghanistan was published late last year and details shocking exploits of the military overseas.

In 2010, with the publication of I Lost My Love in Baghdad, Hastings told the story of being a young war correspondent whose girlfriend died in Iraq.

In the summer 2013 issue of Vermont Life magazine, Hastings was quoted telling an audience at the Burlington Book Festival that he doesn’t believe in objectivity in journalism.

“What I try to do is be intellectually honest in my writing,” he said.

Hastings’ family moved to Vermont when he was 16, a state he told the magazine was his “spiritual home.” According to the magazine, he lived in New York with his wife.

Enlightenment as Experienced by Edwin Carl Smith

For me, it was like a great light suddenly bursting in on my mind, my awareness, illuminating all the dark recesses. It is beyond words or concepts, yet I could think and conceptualize.

I had a euphoric feeling of knowing everything, while also knowing I knew nothing. There was a delicious sense of power. …

The feeling that I knew everything is more accurately described as the potential to know everything. …

I cannot adequately convey the sense of non-obstruction here.

Before, pursuing knowledge, understanding the relationships between facts, had always required great effort. It was like walking through knee-deep mud. I could think, learn, and know, but it was difficult.

Now, I was like a skater on ice. There was a tremendous feeling of release from the effort I had known before. It was as if knowledge was now a network of open passages. I could walk through these passages, make connections without effort, because I was guided by a higher knowledge.

It was not like plodding through unexplored territory, but more like walking through places I already knew.

I could never make a bad connection since everything related to everything else. It was all one.

No specific idea came to mind. Yet I knew I had gained the ability to perceive Truth. I did not need to know anything because I could See everything. I was emptied of knowledge and memory and filled with awareness.

I thought of the Bible: I could think of no specific passage at the moment, but I knew I could read a passage and know exactly what it meant in a way I could not have known before. What was obscure before was now obvious. I was free, powerful, and intoxicated.

What I understood was beyond reason or logic. It can be reported in a logical, reasonable fashion, but Truth has its own reason and logic unfamiliar to a linear mind. Connections in Truth appear as leaps of illogic to others.

The two-dimensional image of the infinite dark surface hardly conveys the multidimensional nature of the experience.

I was intensely aware of dimensions that even now defy description or conception.

I began noticing small but definite changes: I knew things I did not know before. From within my own depths came wisdom that taught me as it arose.

In a class, or a lecture I was giving, I would pass on information that was startlingly new to me, yet deeply true and helpful to others. I realized a basic alteration in my mind, my intelligence, my mode of thinking, my access to wisdom, had occurred, and was continuing. The experience was not a singular event, but a living, on-going process that was living me, changing me.

This experience has matured into a living reality, an ongoing experience of the Transcendental. I am never without it. I am never outside this living Presence. I may fluctuate in my awareness of it, but it is always there. I cannot lose it. For a while, that was a fundamental concern. I worried that if I did anything too much, if I was not very cautious, this fragile and wonderful gift might be destroyed. Over time I realized its indestructible nature: I could not lose it. It was me!
