“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been wondering for quite some time how you would handle the current energies that are upon you there on Earth, and we have seen some beautiful results. We see that more and more of you are awakening because of the energies that are upon you right now, and we see those of you who are awakened taking the time that you need to acclimate to these energies and to give your bodies the rest and relaxation they need and deserve.

You are wonderful carriers of the light, and as such, you often put a lot of pressure on yourselves to do something monumental that will make a huge difference in the world. We want to assure you that by being the conduits of higher frequency energies that you are, you are already doing more than enough to be the changemakers and wayshowers that you are.

People on Earth at this time need to understand the power of the Divine Feminine, and they need examples of what it means to be actualized in your Divine Feminine essence. Those of you who are awake and are allowing yourselves to receive and ground these higher frequency energies are most certainly accessing the Divine Feminine within you and utilizing it for its designed purpose.

You don’t need to give up the Divine Masculine to be in the Divine Feminine. They are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they beautifully intertwine within a person who is paying attention to what’s going on inside of them. You can be in your Divine Feminine and take action when it is necessary, when it is called for by the situation at hand. And again, this is something that you are there to be examples of for the rest of humanity.

Humanity needs to know that you can be both masculine and feminine, and you are seeing that in the youth of today. You are seeing how people on your world understand that gender is fluid because how you feel in your body can masculine one moment and feminine the next, and it really doesn’t matter which sexual organs you have. You can be whoever you want to be, and it just so happens that right now, it serves you to be in that Divine Feminine no matter what gender identity you have.

Soon, you will be called upon to take actions, and you will. But for now, opening up and being those Divine conduits is exactly what the energies are calling for at this time. And we are very excited to see how many of you get that because you are listening to what’s going on inside of you.

Acceptance is the key to moving yourself out of resistance/discomfort. Acceptance does not mean that you are agreeing to stay in an undesirable energy forever. It is simply moving out of pushing against anything which allows it to deliver whatever its purpose was for you and to move along. Accept that where you are is serving you in some way and feel into your energy as you do. As you move into acceptance you should feel a lightening of your energy.

It is your faith and trust that moves you into acceptance and allowing. Acceptance and allowing open the door to patience and peace. So if you are struggling with discomfort, deepen your faith and trust. Meditate. Pray. Think of how you have always been guided in the past. Watch for signs and synchronicities. Connect with your inner wisdom that knows you are always exactly where you need to be. Ask for assistance. Flow.

Your discomfort is merely a re-directional tool, Dear Ones. It does not mean you are wrong, broken, or incompetent. It is simply your soul saying you can’t get to where you want to go with the focus and resistance you are in. One of the fastest ways to disengage with what is unwanted is to consciously shift into gratitude, for you can never ever be grateful and in resistance at the same time.

As you move forward in the energies of 2020 and beyond you will find yourselves getting much more adept at lovingly redirecting yourselves without the need for extreme discomfort. 	The Mass Awakening Is Coming by Teri Wade / January 24 at 19:13 Expansion... Many of you have realized that we as a collective and as an individual have been monitored our entire lives. These higher dimensional beings are watching this planet very closely watching how we move beyond the political, educational and economic systems that we have currently in place. Remember, the human race and this synthetic (unnatural) existence we live in is nothing but a massive experiment and we are being watched and guided to see how we pull this off. We are moving towards a period of higher enlightenment and that means more freedom. It means less oppression and less adversarial relationships with one another. Soon it will be one human collective instead of left vs right, rich vs poor and race vs race. There will be less identification of who you used to be and this will progress due to the expansion of your consciousness through your experiences. Most of our limited beliefs here on Earth are held due to the limitations of our experiences in this realm. Make sense? We are going into a new decade and in this new decade the experiences are going to change the view of who you used to be and how you view the world immensely. This new decade of the 20's will be the decade of the Awakening. You will see people not only in your life that you never expected to awaken, awaken. You will also go way beyond your Awakening through these new experiences. You are going to look at yourself differently from a broader perspective. You are going to experience more memories and you will be able to connect with beings you never would of thought existed both physical and non-physical.
