The way forward is becoming clear to many people but there are so many misleading situations that you are never certain whether you are taking the correct path.

The best measure is to ask yourself what expectations are you personally aiming for, and trust your intuition to determine whether you are heading in the right direction. It is desirable to have a goal in life rather than an aimless existence, yet all situations will address your need to learn certain lessons to help you evolve.

Bear in mind that nothing that impinges upon your life has done so by accident, even though there is no immediate outcome apparent. You, Dear Ones, are responsible for whatever path your life takes having been gifted with freewill. However, you always have a life plan agreed upon before you incarnate, and this must be taken into consideration.

All will be revealed when you return to the higher dimensions, and it is a time of self-appraisal when nothing but a truthful account can be recorded. Be assured that all along the way you have support from many souls, who wish for you the best outcome.

However, humans being what they are can lose sight of their goals when they get embroiled in Earthly emotions. Self-control is something you are learning all the time as without it you are literally a lost soul. You are putting an age behind you that has been one of the bloodiest imaginable when the same mistakes happened time and time again.

The ego has lead you onto a path of destruction, but fortunately there are sufficient of you who have turned to the Light, and realised that decisions based upon Love are the only way out of your predicament. The truth is that you will eventually see the futility of continual wars, and realise that the time has now arrived to promote peace and goodwill.

Why not build for prosperity instead of destroying lives and property, causing sorrow and hardship. Where is the gain except for the control of the Earth’s land and treasures? Many kingdoms have come and gone in spite of having reached a peak, and the lesson is clear that nothing lasts forever amidst the lower vibrations.

How long will it take Man to realise that you are all Brothers and Sisters walking the same path. Would it not therefore make good sense to help each other to achieve success. You tend to judge someone depending on their wealth and position in society, yet from one life to another roles may well change depending on what experience is needed.

Man has created his own experiences but time is running out now that the New Age has commenced. Now it is up to each soul to consider where they are going with their life, and if they are ready to take a giant leap forward. The higher dimensions beckon but you cannot just move into them without having raised your vibrations.

While you are busy attending to your own needs, we are planning a welcome for those of you who have already decided to do whatever is necessary to rise up. You are finding that by keeping firmly on your path, you are progressing and able to disregard whatever is going on around you. There are many distractions but these are relics of an Age that will soon pass, and you will leave them behind.

You have wonders to discover that will take you speeding into the higher dimensions, and gone will be all the problems and issues that you have previously encountered. There is no place for them as the vibrations rise up and you will know that you have truly ascended.

The reward has been well earnt by your dedication to the Light, and clear intent to leave anything less behind. All credit to you for having established your place in the future, by lifting up into higher vibrations. The signs are all around you that indicate how deep the changes are affecting your Earth.

The lands and the oceans are all in the process of change that is all part of the restoration of Earth. Man has seriously polluted them and in reality the Earth would have died but for the cleansing that we have regularly carried out. Indeed, had we allowed matters to get out of hand, the damage could well have been irreversible.

Dear Ones, your experiences have not been wasted and valuable lessons have been learnt. However, as long as the dark Ones remain on Earth there is a continual threat to the environment that we are monitoring. Be assured that we will not allow them to destroy or devastate the Earth. This Age is to bring success for Man in his quest for the truth of his existence and wonderful future that lies ahead.

The last 100 years have been instrumental in awakening many souls who have been so engulfed in the lower vibrations that they lost touch with their true Selves. Some are still living in the unreal world that you have created, but as the vibrations continue to rise they will gradually comprehend the Truth.

They will always have evolved souls around them waiting for the signs that they are awakening, so that they may guide them to continue moving into the Light. The end of a cycle such as you are going through now is often very demanding, as karma that has accumulated over a long period of time is cleared. It concerns not just individuals but also Nations that have promoted their own beliefs rather than the truth.

There is only the one Truth and it can be simply put as “Love”, and as you evolve it becomes more apparent to you. The times of separation are over and in the future Man will realise that as you are All One there is no place for self-aggrandisement.

A 19-year-old college student just called out Jeb Bush. She told him that George W. Bush was the person responsible for creating ISIS. The heated exchange was in a town hall meeting in Reno, Nevada. During the meeting, Jeb said that the Obama administration was to blame for the rise of ISIS because of its weak foreign policy. Ivy Ziedrick, a college student at Nevada University, disagreed.

Ivy approached him after the meeting to inform Jeb that George W. Bush created ISIS when his administration disbanded the Iraqi army, which made the formation of the group possible. She furthered it by saying Bush “sprouted nationalist rhetoric to get us involved in more wars.” She also pointed out that under his brother, the U.S. spent many years in the Middle East “waging pointless wars where we send young American men to die for the idea of American exceptionalism.” For 19 years old, she sure does make a good point; one I absolutely echo.

Jeb tried to dance around these remarks by indicating that “there were mistakes made,” but basically he would call what we did over there a success. When asked if he’d go to war with Iraq like George W. Bush did during his term, he said he would have made the same decision. Then when re-questioned, he said he didn’t properly hear the question and “mistakes were made,” but more than likely he would have.

Bush’s administration engaged in a controversial policy called debaathification, which basically made most people who had ties to the old regime ineligible for government work under the new system. This created another reason for Iraqis to feel bitter towards the U.S. We dissolved their military, and in turn caused unemployment levels to rise. Saying they were bitter is an understatement.

This is the basis for why Ivy said what she said. She wasn’t wrong. It’s not just a little mistake was made here and there, it was just a total and complete mess. I could leave my children home alone with a bucket full of sharpies, glue, and glitter for an hour and the mess still wouldn’t be as nasty as what the Bush administration did for the American and even Iraqi people.

Bush was also quietly tried for war crimes and torture. Cheney, Rumsfeld, and other senior members of his administration were tried in Malaysia and found guilty. The Obama Administration, under the Geneva Convention Act is responsible to prosecute and follow up on these convictions, but they have chosen not to do so.

Which actually makes them accessories to the war crimes for knowing they are convicted and doing nothing to prosecute. These charges have been ignored. WikiLeaks also pointed out that the U.S. put pressure on Spain and Germany not to prosecute the Bush administration, and so far they haven’t. Francis Boyle has personally tried to get Bush prosecuted in Canada and Switzerland. So far, he’s eluded prosecution.

This story never made it to mainstream news. There was a small paragraph about it prior to the start of the Tribunal in Malaysia, but no followups since. I always judge the validity of a story by the amount of coverup or disinformation put out there.

If the general American public were aware that their former President was found guilty of war crimes and got away with it, that the Obama administration is fully aware of it and doing nothing, and that their loved ones died across the globe for no good reason, what would that say about our own government? I think there might be more protests and uprisings that would come out of it, and I don’t believe our government wants that.

One of the things I always say, it’s isn’t only a ‘conspiracy theory’ until there is evidence proven otherwise, and now we have some. It’s incredible to me that people who so easily accept what the news outlets tell them never really dig deeper into the issues.

It doesn’t make us conspiracy theorists, it makes us people who can think for ourselves and shows we don’t readily accept just anything anyone tells us. It might be good to see who benefits from the information that is given to us.

All I suggest is that we always question. If it doesn’t feel right, dig deeper into it. There’s probably a reason why we feel it doesn’t make sense. Just because we find one source that says, “this is the truth and everything else sounds crazy,” doesn’t mean that’s the whole truth or even partially true.

People may call things or other people ‘crazy’ when they don’t understand them or they want the world to think for them. I stepped out of what some people would call ‘the matrix’, and began to look for these things relentlessly.

It feels awful to be lied to, and honestly I think there’s a reason we’re kept to the lowest levels of information possible: The masses are easier to control when they fear their own shadows and just accept whatever official statement is given to them. To me, that’s the most dangerous route a person can take because they may be easily fooled.

Don’t be easily fooled, always question. Always.

We are far greater beings than we have been told, far greater beings than most of us realize.

Let us have discourse on the quality of love called bonding.

Bonding with one’s spiritual source of guidance is essential in order that one’s spiritual growth, healing, inner peace, soul evolution, faith, and trust in their inner knowing and intuition take place.

This bonding provides each person with a deep and positive experience, with the knowledge that they are always being guided to their highest and greatest good in their daily lives.

They know in this bonding with spirit that they can ask their divine self what is best and right for them, and this enables them to receive the answers that are in their highest good.

They know that their ability to manifest their dreams is much easier when they attune to the spiritual bond with their divine self. When they are connected with their spiritual guidance, they tap into the power to manifest their dreams. By this bonding, they lead a life of more joy, grace and inner peace.

When they have this bonding, they know in their hearts that they are always held in love and that they are never alone. One’s own heart attitude and actions has a lot to do with the quality of each relationship that they have.

Spirit is each person’s one and only dependable source of love. Love is abundant and enters one’s heart when invited. All of humanity lives in a universe of unconditional love, which is the spirit or Creator Source.

One’s love relationship with their Creator fuels their ability to love others. In their lives, love is as plentiful as the air they breathe and just as accessible when one knows how to access it.

When their intention is to learn to love self and to share their love with others, their heart automatically opens and love enters. When one has a solid bonding with their personal source of spiritual guidance, they define their own worth through the truth coming from their own spiritual knowing.

They are constantly being guided on the path that is most loving and nurturing in regards to how to live their life. As they learn to trust their own spiritual guidance, they learn to trust in self and this is what makes them free of being controlled or distracted by others. It is incredibly freeing when they learn to live their best life by learning how to stay consistently bonded with their spiritual guidance.

Bonding with spirit and one’s inner guidance is easy when one’s deepest desire is to evolve into a more loving human being with self and others.

Bonding is the ability to establish an emotional attachment to another person. It is the ability to relate to another at the deepest level. When two people have a bond with each other, they share their deepest thoughts, feelings, and dreams with each other without fear that the other person will reject them.

Bonding is one of the most basic qualities in life and a basic human need, for at their very core they are relational beings. Without a solid, bonded relationship, the human soul would become mired in psychological and emotional problems. One’s soul cannot prosper without being connected and bonded to others.

At the foundation of every living thing is the idea of relationship. There is a mutual motivation to invest in the other’s well being. Everything that is alive relates to something else.

Bonding in love with another is necessary to being an empathic, compassionate and loving person. One feels an emotional bonding with the other person in a way that their individual identities are connected together.

It has been proven that bonding with others is essential to happiness and important to one’s physical health. The more loving a person is in everyday life, the healthier they generally are.

The deep sense of love and belonging is an innate need in all people. They are made to love, be loved and at the root of most of these desires is a need to belong, to be accepted, to bond with others.

These bonds of love are a person’s birthright and their greatest resource. Seeking out and giving love and support is a primary source of strength and joy.

One’s feeling of bonding with others does more than encourage good intentions, they also engage in positive actions. Inducing those feelings within self can cause people to be kinder and more generous to each other.

Everyone wants to feel deeply bonded to other people, to be fully seen and appreciated by them, and to feel secure in those relationships.

When they are with other people, they feel positive emotions, which lead to greater happiness. When people are happier, they have better and more stable relationships. This in turn leads to more positive emotions and an upward spiral of well being, health and happiness.

By being grateful for and appreciating the love that surrounds them, they are continuously blessed in their lives.

Learning to love and be loved is about learning to tune into one’s own emotions and needs so they know what it is they want and need from their partners. And by the expression of those needs openly, it evokes sympathy and support from them.

Nothing makes people stronger, happier, and healthier than loving, stable, long term bonding to others. Long term togetherness makes permanent and positive changes within each heart, their openness to the world and the environment around them.

Recently we’ve experienced the last ofseven Pluto-Uranus squares. It was quite a ride since the first square of this series occurred in 2012.

Personally, it felt like my life was being taken apart, spit out and reassembled, diving into the shadow and bringing it into the light of awareness, integrating unconscious aspects as they were being mirrored back to me in everyday life situations. Something seems to be accelerating in the “field”, I can feel it in my body.

A big shift has happened within myself, which is something that is very hard to put into words – perhaps some of you can relate to this?It’s akin to a new frequency/vibration which has anchored itself, forcing me towards a new approach, encouraging me to let go of outdated belief systems/views, trusting myself more, and engaging with my intuition as I go beyond the limits of the rational/logical mind.

This is not to say that I dismiss logic and critical thinking, but that I understand both the limits of left brain-focused activity and the importance of not getting distracted by narrow-focus 3D linear thinking and constant over-analyzing. There is, within me currently, a sense of grounded calmness and a deeper embodiment of compassion, for both myself and others as well.

I feel less and less concerned about 3D world issues – yet of course, not going as far as to deny their existence, since that would be ignorance. I remain aware of them, but am not focusing all of my consciousness on these “issues”. I will still speak out about them, but there is really nothing new out there that I haven’t said or written about before; the same old shadows on the wall, just wearing different disguises.

However, constantly focusing on 3D issues regarding the world (and how screwed up it is) starts to sound like a never ending flushing toilet of problem-prioritizing. If we keep approaching the world’s concerns from that level alone, nothing will change, and we’ll actually miss out on the bigger picture of what is happening, because we are stuck in that frequency of reactivity.

In the end, it comes down to activating the evolution of consciousness; and while it is necessary to make the darkness conscious, we can easily get caught there in that abyss of problem-analysis, as there is always more to come to light.

At some, point, we come to the realization that it is about transcendence and adopting “4D thinking” – a place where the logical/analytical mind cannot go. It means recognizing the holistic nature of the universe and our own multidimensional selves (which are capable of going beyond our physical bodies and five senses) and tuning into our intuition and inner knowing.

In short, our connection to “God”, the higher self, the divine, or whatever you may want to call it. It’s nothing that is external to ourselves, either – it isn’t some disembodied “authority”. ‘Transcendence’, in that spiritual sense of liberation, also doesn’t mean denying or ignoring what is going on – it’s not about focusing on the “positive” and ignoring the “negative”. It’s merely a shift in consciousness that is still aware of the darkness, yet creates outcomes based on being ‘anchored’ in some way into a higher vibration/frequency that affects reality in powerful ways.

Getting into your body

In the context of transmitting felt experience, words are so limiting; sometimes, it’s simply our presence which can affect others positively via the frequency/vibration we emit from the toroidal field of our hearts. I experience that sensation more and more, especially in my bodywork practice – working with up to 15 people a week (on average), I have seen that just a basic, nurturing, supportive touch can help a person more than a thousand words of therapy. This is especially true in this digital age that has disconnected us from our bodies – and there is so much wisdom in our body; it is the mechanism through which we access our intuition.

The more we feel into our subtle bodily sensations, the more we can access our “inner knowing” without relying on constant outside information or authoritarian ‘proclamations’, and then we can make the right decisions that guide us to our unique calling. But this also seems like a natural process that is different for each individual, as we are all at different stages of our own personal evolution. Having a consistent yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Qi practice, or any other conscious movement practices, as well as getting into our bodies via meditating, dancing or receiving bodywork can help us to tune into the wisdom of the body.

Rational mind

The rational mind is a beautiful tool that shouldn’t be dismissed, obviously. We need critical thinking, but not at the expense of our intuition and those deeper emotions which guide our choices when the mind cannot help us.

It’s easy to rationalize anything away, and we can trick ourselves in that sense – cutting ourselves off from the body and its intuitive insights for which we have no rational explanation, and are even hard to describe in language.

Then there is the struggle of “shadow ego”, either inflated with its sense of entitlement, righteousness, judgment, superiority, or the opposite end of this gloomy spectrum: feeling victimized, depressed, diminished and less-then-everyone-else. And so the struggle remains within the individual, as always, and we all do battle with it constantly.

Learning to trust yourself

For the longest time, I had trouble trusting myself. My intuition was always there, but the rational mind was over-riding it at times, coming up with all kinds of excuses as to why I couldn’t trust myself – looking outside of myself instead for guidance and wisdom about what I ‘should’ be doing. Life has taught me the hard way to listen more to the subtle cues buried deep in the body and emotional centers.

Recently, I’ve had an increasing number of stupendous synchronicites occur in my life, which guided me to the right people who, in turn, provided insight and information that were in perfect alignment with where I’m at in this Moment. We also do that on behalf of others: helping them in ways that were not consciously planned by either party beforehand, and sometimes we don’t even know how deeply we’ve helped others with little things that seem insignificant at the time, but made somebody else’s day more bearable.

Individual Journey

We all have our individual journeys and purpose-for-Being. Some people struggle with not knowing their purpose or what they “should” be doing with their lives. But even a positive concept like “finding your purpose” can be over-analyzed and loaded with cultural programming, thereby disconnecting us from what we always knew – or from that which is right in front of our eyes, but we are simply too distracted to tune into its presence.

Some people mistake occupation for “purpose”, as if purpose is that huge big thing which we need to “do” or define ourselves by – a “career” identification – when it is simply about how we show up every day, wherever we are, under whatever circumstances, whatever job we have, and it’s about how we relate to others.

Seeking truth and gaining knowledge – no matter if it involves topics which lie outside of our current comprehension, especially with regards to self-understanding – is an individual journey. Never take what anyone else says as “gospel”.

Emotional maturity, embodiment, compassion and empathy are just as important as intellectual insight, if not more-so. In this day and age, it’s easy to lose the connection to our bodies, which houses our intuition and deeper emotions as well as our inner knowing, our ‘compass’. It’s hard to stay grounded within ourselves when we are glued to the computer screens and plasma TVs.

I’ve seen many “great minds” – people who do amazing work in their particular field – engage in clever intellectual sophistry, cut off from their bodies; even though they appear wise, something feels very off – oftentimes this was due to the fact that the emotional intelligence was missing. In the past, I would frequently ignore this intuitive download because I assumed they must know better, putting them onto a pedestal due to my authoritarian programming.

Comparing ourselves to others

Comparing ourselves to others is the worst thing we can do to our sense of well-being. It actually cuts us off from who we truly are – our own unique voice and purpose – and replaces that harmonic with the relentless distortion of self-judgment and impossible standards we put on ourselves, alongside the pressure to “do”, to “become” something.

The negative introspection can result in shame and guilt (“not good enough”), at which point, the neurotic ego becomes our “life coach”, with all its analysis paralysis regarding ourselves and others, keeping us in a scarcity state of anxiety and “fight or flight”.

Looking back

Looking back at my life now, I know that the major decisions along the way which aligned me with my “purpose” or path did not come from a rational series of thought processes, but rather, they stemmed from an embodied inner knowing – where there was no doubt whatsoever about the next choice, not ever was there a pre-existing “plan”, nor did I have any clue where it was all leading me to.

Reminiscent of the saying, “tell god your plans and S/he will laugh at you”, there was no I should do this commandment coming from the mind (or someone else, for that matter); nor was I making a ‘manifestation’ list in my head about pros, cons or possible outcomes.

There was no anxiety, pressure, or hurry. I felt like I was being pushed and guided along by something far bigger than my mind could ever grasp, involving unexpected synchronicites which paved the way to where I’m at in the here and now. If you’d have told me ten years ago that I would be living where I live now and doing what I do now, I’d have laughed at you in disbelief!
