I am the Great Divine Director. I greet you this day in the energy of unity and love. And I continue in my mission to serve the evolution of humanity.
Your world is changing. That should be evident to most people. Where the change takes one can be very different for each person. How you chose to react to the change is even more telling.

It has been said that change is the only constant in your world. That phrase certainly holds true now as old systems are showing signs of wear and tear, as entropy continues to devour what has been resistant to change.

Creation first comes in the form of destruction. It is this essential stage of change and transformation that you now find yourselves. This transformation and re-creation process breaks down everything that resists movement. The rate of change seems to be increasing but it is truly your awareness of this process that makes it so.

There are many people who would rather cling to the old and resist the new. They will find it more difficult to do in the coming days, months and years. The world is moving on; it is time to let go of the old paradigm and every element within these belief systems that resonate with the old, decrepit energies.

Transformation requires that one let go of that which no longer serves. The object of letting go can be anything and even everything within one’s life. Being comfortable as you are will soon become uncomfortable if there is an ounce of resistance in letting go.

Many people might interpret this transformational energy as a need to let go of all material goods, relationships, jobs, and former interests. This might be so for some people, especially when they find that they no longer resonate to being in a certain setting or with certain people. It’s not really about things or persons outside yourself. The journey is one that really takes place inside yourself. It is how you choose to interface with the self within.

You might find yourself unable to concentrate or work on old projects. Let them go without judgment. Being here doesn’t require that you finish anything or even do anything.

Follow your interests, what gives you a moment of joy during a stressful day. Does your heart lift when you see beauty in nature? Perhaps you want to explore using different mediums of expression.

Sometimes the process of letting go is to simply let go of all that your ego mind has placed in front of you as problems. Your mind was created for the job of keeping your consciousness safe within its physical vessel… or rather keeping your physical vessel safe so that your consciousness could continue to reside within it. It prefers to create problems to keep itself employed.

However, your consciousness and soul are the ones who are in charge and can make the choice of allowing the problems to disappear and dissipate as if they never were… only illusions that the mind has built up in an attempt to gain your attention.

During this period of great change, there is the potential to feel quite stressed by the circumstances in which you find yourself. However, the human consciousness contains a vast ability to adapt to whatever is entering its awareness.

Self-judgment often enters the picture when going through changes. You may be hearing at times as part of the mind-chatter, “If I was good enough, I would be…” Fill in the sentence with those things you yearn to be, to have, to do, to experience… and you will discover where your focus and intent has been derailing your process.

Start with where you are NOW, in the now moment, which is the only real place to be. What happened in the past cannot affect you NOW. Whatever is about to emerge from the future is also beyond your knowledge and experience in the NOW. Be here and now.

Easier said than done, but it is possible to allow yourself to be aware of the mind chatter, the fears, the emotions, the beliefs that something needs to be done a certain way… and anything else that gets in your way… and choose to let those things go.

Vigilance is required. Listening to the mind and allowing the flow of thoughts and emotions to go through without latching onto any one of them will enable the energy to dissipate and release itself into the ethers.

Perhaps you are uncomfortable with the sensation of strong emotions. You have probably been trained to suppress and deny your feelings, to not look at them with compassion and to understand them in others. Experiencing feelings and emotions are part of the journey of being human.

The challenge is to master the emotions and thoughts, without suppressing them so that they are hidden away to be dealt with in the future. Deal with them up front, experience, feel and release.

Seek balance. There will always be the sensation of first tipping one way and then tipping another until you discover just the right elements to bring your being into balance. New challenges will arise to test your ability to reconnect within and to master anything that comes within your field of experience. You can do this. That is why you are here now, dear Masters.

Feel out the energies. As you gain clarity in your ability to discern the feel and resonance of one energy over another, you will be able to discern and hence decide on what is right for you, in the moment. Your desires and needs will change as you continue to move through this process.

Transformation will continue to reveal and strip away those things within your life that no longer serve. It may be your job, your primary relationships, your living space… or simply letting go of a no longer desired habit or pastime.

Look back into the recent past and wonder at how much you have changed already. More is to come, of this we can assure you… but it does not have to be a fearful journey along the way.

Be open to feeling with the heart and discerning and choosing with the mind. Listen to your body. Make a choice and then listen to your body. If it is the right choice in the moment, you will find your body is relaxed and eager to move.

If it is the wrong choice, there will be a feeling of uneasiness centered within your solar plexus or upper abdomen area (just beneath the diaphragm). This is not dualistic judgment. It is a simply a matter of choosing what direction you want to proceed in within this now moment. The way could change tomorrow, but you will not know that until you arrive at the next now moment.

This is a challenging theme for those who have allowed themselves to become caught up in restrictive belief systems and ways of doing things… especially those who have judged others as being wrong in their beliefs and practices.

Listen well – ALL existing belief systems including those within the realms of esoteric teachings – are being challenged.

What is good for one person will not necessarily work for another. There is no purpose in attempting to determine the direction in which others find themselves by decreeing that it must be done this or that way and no other.

That restrictive thinking no longer pertains. The barriers to individual and collective creativity have dropped and will continue to dissolve until all that remains is the pure essence of being in the moment.

There are as many perceptions about life as there are human beings living upon this planet. One way fits all will not work, has never worked… and will not continue to be allowed to be used by a few to control the many. The dam has broken, the waters of the unconsciousness have been set loose.

All that has been hidden through the millennia, whether from self or the collective, is now in the process of being revealed. Learn from what is revealed, revel in the ability to make choices for what you wish to experience and learn how to navigate these untested waters of Source.

You are on your way to becoming a new HUman, a fully conscious divine being clothed in flesh and walking upon the earth, in your full splendor and strength. To get there will take tiny steps and adjustments, so be patient with yourself. You are on your way. Rejoice and make it so!

How to Overcome the Ego

Science says that energy moves. Humans label this inner power emotion. It’s all about raising vibrational energy.

My energy drained off from my present life into past issues. My focus on the past robs me of daily energy. Moving into the present elevates my focus and energy into a height of God consciousness, love, or healthy vibrations of well-being. For me spirituality means living in love or positive vibrations of energy that I call spirit.

The material world is tempting. It’s used by the ego to promote a person’s attraction, use of time, and energy. A fancy house, a better job, or a new computer game can all be great distractions and deterrents and take time away from what is of spiritual value, if allowed. However, that joy is quick and fleeting.

Does it really provide contentment, serenity, or inner peace? Do some people keep buying something more, trying to find the one item or friend that will fill the emptiness inside?

Is it time to look for being genuine from my heart, rather than superficial from my ego? Material items are not of permanent value. The ego encourages a person to buy one more thing to make them happy; however, items can break at any time. Many people looking for jobs used to have a great salary, beautiful home and yard, or a super car, but they’re gone when the job is eliminated. They’re temporary and cannot fill the void.

What does bring reality, sanity, and serenity to my life? With my new decision not to follow in the path of the ego, it’s time to replace my insanity from the material world that lures me with a false sense of pleasure. It becomes more obvious that my inner journey focus on sincerity with unconditional love. It will provide the fulfillment I desire. I am moving from my head into my heart.

Now my journey is an inner path of faith. Men of faith have courage. Releasing the outcome of each part of my life allows a higher power to produce the outcomes that may be better than I intended. Leaving the results up to a Creator, who provides relief from my playing God in my life, and in the lives of my loved ones lightens my burdens.

I need to trust the Universe/God to supply my needs and bring appropriate results into my life. This is real faith. If I do the footwork, then turn the results over to my Creator, I usually have a surprise. It may be better than imagined.

This higher power is an energy force. It is called by many labels such as: Love, God, Creator, or Creative Forces. It cares for me. Relying on a power greater than myself replaces the ego and its selfishness. I move into a higher consciousness of being more rational, loving, and sane.

Faith is powerful; it provides strength in my life. It’s always there. It connects me to the positive stream of energy that created the universe. It supports me in all things. I am not alone trying to survive on the planet.

Contempt before investigation is of the ego. Investigate the fear with faith. Faith replaces fear when examining beyond the unknown. Now I have facts upon which to base a new decision. Will the details provide more understanding, making apprehension not necessary? Yes, looking beyond the fear is faith.

As I become honest with myself and move into this new place, opportunities appear. Honesty has replaced my denial. I move into more reality the more honest I become. I see from a new perspective. I am no longer separated from God as I move into new circumstances. Honesty directly connects me to a positive energy force, which dispels the darkness of the ego. My feelings lighten. I feel good—the presence of God. Honesty has become the best policy.

With faith, I can now live in sincerity, honesty, and detachment. Detachment comes with facing my fears, releasing them, and letting go of all negative emotions. Sincerity comes from the heart. These are the keys to move out of the ego’s influence. Now faith connects me to a Higher Power.

Another way to prevail over the ego is with information. Why be in fear of the unknown? Fear of the unknown disappears as I gain in understanding or knowledge. When I have information, there is no need for fear. This knowing replaces the unknown. When I know the original basis for the ego, which is separation from God, my thinking can change.

I learn to pray for my enemies. When a fearful situation arises, I pray for that circumstance to culminate in the highest good for all. When I send out love, I smooth the path. I’m not creating more chaos but sending loving energy that allows loving energy to return to me.

Sending prayer or love is actually very practical to dispel the ego’s influence of promoting turmoil and havoc. If someone does not feel threatened, the outcome can be very beneficial for all. They too are children of God.

I send love to others and don’t forget to love myself. This is often more difficult as so often the ego has influenced lack of self-esteem and emotional security. Some people have lived in guilt or shame for many reasons. They find it comfortable and normal. As I came to understand that I am made in the image of my Creator, the ego’s messages of old were forgotten as ancient history. The real me, the God-conscious person can claim my birthright. I am a child of God.

Another major way to prevail over the ego is through forgiveness. This is the bridge between the ego and our higher self. I extend forgiveness not because I approve of the other person’s actions or attitudes but because I no longer need to carry emotional baggage. It’s like releasing the shackles of the past. The event or predicament did happen. However, I can now perceive it from my higher self and acknowledge the other person also as a child of God.

I release the emotional distress of the past for a new today. Giving up the past to live in the ‘Now’ is freeing. I do it to liberate myself from hanging on to something that’s over. It did present a learning experience necessary for my soul’s growth.

Lessons in life are not always pleasant. In fact, I’ve been through trials and tribulations that were horrifying. Now I discover my lessons learned through these experiences have fostered growth. This raises my energy into a higher consciousness. This is what life is really about.

Others played out their part in my lessons. I asked them to help me, before I was born into this life, with the experiences I needed to heal my soul. They volunteered to be in my play.

They offered the opportunity for me to learn love, forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude. Taking responsibility for the karma I created is a major step in being accountable and balanced. In addition, sending love to those problems or people I harmed in my past needs to be done.

I need to change this low energy of the ego to a higher vibration for me to move into a higher consciousness. With ascension on the doorstep, forgiving past predicaments becomes essential to raising my energy.

The people who volunteered to play a part in my life did me a favor by providing the happening so my energy can shift to a higher plane. There can be no negative energy in the Fifth Dimension. Now I can move on and not be stuck in this old karma, bitterness, or new resentments.

It’s also necessary to stop blaming or judging others for my problems. This is a common occurrence from the ego. When I point a finger at someone else, there are several fingers pointing back at me. The only person I am being inconsiderate of is me, when I do not take responsibility for my life. What I send out will come back to me.

Clearing out my past negative emotions, actions, and communications, I’m able to return to the oneness with my Creator. Taking responsibility for my life, and every part that I needed for my soul’s growth, is essential. Only when I respond in love to all situations that occur instead of reacting in revenge, hatred, or resentment towards others or internalizing guilt and shame, can I become a master of my emotions.

Now I realize that no one else can save me. I save myself from my ego. There’s no devil, Satan, or hell. I have found that I am the cause and effect in my own life. What I caused comes back to be loved. When it comes sometimes so painfully, it’s easy to run away physically or emotionally. I ran from the consequences which led away from truth and love. I must face reality.

When I attack someone else, the other person will defend himself or herself and retaliate. When I’m in a difficult situation, sending love will change the dynamics and peace can be restored. No one can attack love. There is no threat from love.

It is ego’s lie that I’ll be punished if I reveal my true self to God. The truth is that in surrendering to God, I have the love of God to protect me from any harm. It’s the safest place to be.

The scariest thing in life is to be totally available to God’s love. The ego shut me down from love when I felt danger. The body closes off all light from God as a way to protect me from harm. When I was a child in abusive and/or dangerous environments, it protected me. However, as an adult, the ego continues to keep me from opening to my loving essence. Until the past is healed, I cannot be open to experience God’s love.

You and I are souls clothed in both a physical body and identity. It is soul that is supposed to incarnate from one so-called lifetime to another, but the words we use to describe this tend to create a false picture.

The suggested image is that we die, then through rebirth we incarnate onto Earth once again. In other words, the image is birth, death and rebirth, over and over. This image is false.

Body dies, identity clings, and soul continues forever. Our life is actually the continuity of soul, using one body/identity after another to continue our journey of soul growth, of expanding consciousness, of Self awareness. I mostly describe this process as a movie, The Continuity of Self. Who we are never dies, thus is never reborn, but continues on in a greater frame of timeless time.

Soul/Self has no linear measure of time. Body/identity measures the passing of linear time by the ageing of the body, for physically we live in a linear reality. This gives us “cause and effect” and “polarity”, both wonderful tools for the growth and expansion of our human consciousness.

Unfortunately, however, it has also caused us to believe in our mortality, to believe and accept that we actually die. For many people death means the absolute end, while others think that we lay in a grave waiting for a clarion call to rise again from the dead. Yet others think that we live in heaven… or hell… all according to the way we conducted our single life. And, oh so many people believe in a judgement day by some vengeful God.

In a Greater Reality all time occupies the same space. I call this Spherical time. It means we live in the eternal moment. Both soul and Higher Self know this, but soul moves in and out of linear time as part of its growth process. And during this growth process, which in linear terms can span many thousands of years – while in a greater reality occupies the eternal moment – the soul forgets its Truth.

Soul forgets, so it depends on identity to give name and meaning to life. But as soul grows, so it gradually – or suddenly – connects with its greater Truth, and soul knows itself as Self. In this process, identity/ego no longer has any true meaning, no longer serves us the daily fear and illusions of separation, for Self knows its Oneness with all life.

Personally, I do not like to use the term ‘Higher’ Self. Higher Self implies that the identity – I/me – is a lower self, and this is not true. You and I are soul/Self on a journey to discover the ‘I Am’ Self through the experiences of the identity/soul self. This is why we are here.

There is no other reason. Ambition, goal setting, and all the ‘trappings of success’ are exactly that, subtle traps that feed the fears of identity/ego while further trapping identity/ego in illusion.

Okay, how can financial success feed a fear when it would appear to alleviate it? Fear is always based in falsity, in illusion. So anything that makes fear appear to go away is feeding and nourishing fear. Many years ago I kept pigs.

When it was their mealtime they would scream in loud and piercing shrieks for their food, and with over a hundred of them I would hurry to get them fed to stop the ear-splitting crescendo. Of course, the peace lasted only until the next mealtime. This is how fear is. You buy the meal ticket to stop fear screaming, but the moment you can no longer buy the next meal ticket, the screaming begins again.

And during this whole process the appetite of the pigs/fear gets bigger and bigger. You can see where this leads. It leads to lifetimes of conditioned reaction to doing anything to stop the screams of fear that echo through your very Being. This is the journey of soul when the going gets tough.

I look at some of the people who consider themselves very successful, and I am aware that in their self-delusion/illusion they have no idea of the process of soul/life. They are driven to make more money, to create more financial security for their ego/identity driven fears that many of them do not even recognise.

This condition keeps the hospitals full and busy! Blind faith can be a temporary fix, but it offers no permanent solution. To make matters even worse, most people in this situation – and they number billions – have no idea of what the situation truly is. Their whole focus is the illusion/problem, rather than the Truth/solution. An intellectual approach will offer nothing, for it is the intellect that believes in and creates the self-deceit of illusion.

Intellect is a long-established isolationist, while intelligence expresses through and from wholeness. When, or if, we use intelligence to deal with fear, we quickly find that fear has no foundation within itself; it has to be created. Wholistic intelligence never gives any valid reason to create fear; isolated intellect creates fear by following a negative “what if” set of worst possible scenarios.

Before I leave this I would like to offer the way out of fear. Trust! Trust in Self. Trust that despite all possible evidence to the contrary, you are both adequate and capable. Trust that the immortal Being you truly are has the intelligence to deal with anything that comes into your life. After all, you are the author of the book of your life! Trust that you truly are a magnificent, metaphysical, multidimensional Being of Love and Light. This is your Truth. Trust it.

In all life there is spirit. You are a spiritual Being. The soul whom you are is the growth of the individualisation of spirit. In every moment of your life you are expressing spirit… and all spirit is One. Spiritually, you are One with all life, with every person. Positively accepting or negatively critical, the way you think is the way you will treat yourself and other people, and it is the way you will create for life to deal with you. Every life form in Nature is an expression of spirit, the same spirit that expresses in you.

Through spirit you are connected to everything. Nothing is outside Self, for Self is a boundless and measureless expression of spirit. When soul withdraws from the body, spirit remains with soul, for just as soul is an expression of spirit, so is body an expression of soul. Spirit cannot die, life cannot die.

All that happens at so-called human death is that consciousness/spirit/soul withdraws from the physical body, continuing as a metaphysical Being of Love and Light on a non-physical level of expression. You are an eternal Being of Love with the freedom to express Self in whatever way you care to imagine.

Your imagination is creation; whatever you continually imagine you will eventually experience. Be careful with your imagination. Look on imagination as meaning; the inner images you create will invariably be part of your life. Imagine yourself as a Being of Love and Light. That’s wisdom!
