	Sandra Walter: The Depth of the Equinox Pull into Light February 21, 2015 By Angela Newberry Blessings Beloved Light Tribe, Many of you are experiencing the dramatic shift in the energies since last week. We officially entered the pull of the Equinox wave, and it brings us into a heightened state of the multidimensional merge. You may have noticed the merge has gone far beyond Higher Self and Lower Self, and involves many levels and dimensional expressions of You, Your Divine Team and Higher dimensional consciousness. Stronger waves are expected again February 22 -25. The Equinox Eclipse Passage It is a powerful phase, and somewhat mysterious as we cut paths through the unknown. Gatekeepers have been busy and I AM deeply moved by how this is unfolding. It is brilliant to witness the unique expressions of the return of the Christ which are lighting up through the HUman heart grid. We are going to break apart many belief systems, religious patterns, and repetitive activities – even within the awakened collective – with this next phase. As the great cosmic trigger presents a Solar eclipse/Equinox on March 20 (Eclipse peak at 2:45 am PT, Equinox at 3:45 pm PT), and the Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse on April 4 (Full Moon/Eclipse peak at 5:06 am PT, also the day before Easter), all of our attention shifts to merging with higher levels of consciousness. Cosmic factors, including strong waves of photonic plasma, are currently sending many initiates into higher experiences of the merge. Gatekeepers who are energetically connected to the gates are experiencing profound fusion with these energies. You may feel like a shell rolling in and out on the shoreline waves as the Gates adjust and breathe with this new light. What is happening in the NOW? For me personally, linear communication is difficult. My lower self runs like a holographic insert on autopilot to take care of grounded busy-ness, brief conversations, or short tasks. I AM very aware of how that functions now, and am learning how to focus my attention in many dimensions at once. Days fly by like a dream, stepping in and out of merge sequences. As the SUN begins to set, I prepare myself for work. Meditations, Gatework, and High 4D Dreamstate are very lucid. It is a complete commitment to the unknown. There is a grand co-creation underway with this Equinox passage; Cosmic alignments provide an opportunity to use stronger threads of photon waves to accelerate the path of initiates. A month ago when my team shared that we were about to become the Royal We, I understood that everything was about to slide into the Equinox funnel. We are there, and it is something you either experience or you don’t. I have not felt the Division of Worlds so strongly in quite a while. Bless everyone who is undertaking this level of Ascension. Currently the Christed merge presenting includes: 5D Higher Self and layers of the 5D/6D new Gaia consciousness 6D – 8D Soul and Galactic layers 9D HUman/I AM templates/Oversoul layers My Team says our collective reality does not have the capability to handle multiple embodiments beyond 9D right now. Glimpses of it in your visions and personal journey, yes. However, holding that frequency within the body vehicle as a permanent shift does not serve at the moment. Thousands of HUmans embodying a complete Christed state (that’s all 12 lower dimensions and every expression on each dimensional layer) literally blows apart the lower 4D reality. So we are doing it in stages, which protects the ascending collective as well as the low 4D holodeck reality. This keeps you walking in-between worlds, experiencing multiple dimensions simultaneously. It allows us to demonstrate what is available prior to a complete Christ embodiment, which at this stage would take you out of the collective visible spectrum (and drop the body form). As the balloon/rising/expansion sensations grow stronger, remember it is a side-effect of holding higher consciousness within the body (as opposed to leaving). Many of us are having the empty-room dreams or visions, the clearing out of our lifestream, closing up shop, or a repeat of the train dreams (watching others scramble for the train, driving the train, flying past the train). This moving on metaphor is a departure from lower, recognizable states of consciousness. Note the Lightserver effect (this is why we use Lightserver rather than Lightworker, dear Guardians of the New Light): You act like a computer server hard-wired to the Shift, the Ascension, and Higher consciousness, sending out the new light frequencies through the grid of HUman hearts. Since the merge can be overwhelming, keep this in heart as we venture into unknown territory. Mission Shift: Pay Attention Our missions grow more precise during the merge. No worries if you are stepping away from the classic ways of Wayshowing. Others are stepping into the roles we are leaving. Thank goodness, since the embodiment is quite bizarre to undertake. The folks who had a hard time physically or mentally with the last few years are crawling out of the cave, and may step into workshop/video/blog mode and help the new initiates, and there are many. I AM honored to have many teachers participating in Ascension Path right now. The energies this year do a great job of sorting out levels of consciousness. Be true to your path and unique voice. If you have a sense of being unprepared, do something about it. Learn and get on with your expansion and service. Zero Point gets more and more challenging, take care to keep up. Breaking up belief systems and old patterns – even in teaching/Wayshowing – is on the agenda right now. Misinterpretations of what is and is not happening tend to run wild as the veils thin. The magnetics allow for a great scramble as the astral planes collapse. It serves the Ascension through personal and collective revelation, the divine end of rigid beliefs of what is or is not true. The death of duality seems like a slow slaughter to the lower levels. This is why we command our Higher levels to seize the lifestream and direct it; the lower self is merely experiencing shadows of what was, for the collective benefit. That is crystal clear as the merge engages the 7-9D layers. The Ascension is consistently fine-tuned to adapt to what is needed. We are optimizing this window of opportunity, and it is brilliant to participate in it. The new consciousness will step in where it is unexpected, in unrecognizable ways, in order to dissolve the densest of collective beliefs. We are making it as potent as possible for the collective, so they fully learn and realize non-judgment and unconditional love. Remember Love is a Light Technology, a Source-level intelligence which can be experienced in HUman form in profound ways. Every old imprint of Christ stereotypes will be overturned; angelic presentations, preaching from a pulpit, the Galactic babel imprints, Masculine embodiment, glowing energy fields and working miracles. All old light constructs will be challenged, along with many New Age (an Old Age for years now) systems of delivering intel, activations or initiations. Classic judgment-based paths to the Christ will dissolve in the creative New Light journey of the Heart. Expect the unexpected. And honor it. Describing the Merge However the merge of consciousness is presenting for you (goodness there are so many different expressions of the same thing, truly a creative endeavor), the sensation of leaving lower states of consciousness permanently is physically, mentally, and emotionally apparent. Those structures are morphing into new support mechanisms, and their transformation is unmistakable. There is a great telepathic unity which proposes questions and answers them instantly. The legions of Light involved are immense and eyes-open visible. Personally, I cannot turn that off at will anymore. Those who have had brilliant initiations in the past (typically there are three mind-blowing, heart-opening, internal gateway-blasting experiences of the Higher realms which lock us onto the Christ path) may be experiencing the merge of dimensional awareness through the pineal. Portals, visions, gates, beings, energy fields and Divine Teams present with eyes open; close your eyes and it is also in the third/fourth eye vision. Merging as One. As fascinating and helpful as the pineal show can be, it is the feeling-based, heart-based communion with higher realms that has locked in and will not waver ever again. The lower levels (ego, mind, emotion) surrendered and the Higher Self begins to rewrite the consciousness in alignment with Divine Will. Divine Will, no longer bound by the restraints of lower aspects or old agreements, opens to consistently higher possibilities for the lifestream. The merge serves the collective Ascension by utilizing both the prearranged possibilities and the flow of the present collective consciousness. The merge suits the journey, it adjusts to it. Gatekeeper Check-In I had a chat with a fellow Gatekeeper and we both received guidance to protect this passage. That hasn’t presented in a vivid way in a while. The Gates themselves have demanded my attention over the last few weeks, and the intensity is dramatic, gorgeous, profound. Not just on a collective here-it-comes level but on a personal stargate level as well. My Team demands all of my consciousness to be focused on the strengthening of the merge. My body and awareness feel completely different from moment to moment; there is a deep wisdom revealing itself which has nothing to do with what was, or is. Because of the higher level merge, there is comfort and understanding the instant something shifts. All of it demands surrender on a new level, and dismissing what presents to interfere. Not judging interference as less-than or good/bad; it is pure discernment. Pure discernment is true Wayshowing; decisions are made to compliment the highest possible scenario which will have the greatest affect on the collective Ascension. Thank you to my Team As I close this article, I thank my Higher Team for assisting me in communicating this way today. I have not been able to write, or sit at the computer, or get linear enough to transcribe what is occurring right now. Guidance flows to the HUman heart grid, rather than online. 	The Constant Companions via Aisha North: A Short Update on the Energies – February 21, 2015 February 22, 2015 By Angela Newberry As many of you have noticed, this ongoing merger of the inner layers that is taking place now will have many of you sitting up to take notice of the effects this will induce upon your system, and rightly so. For as we have already told you, this period will be one of massive transformation, one where these incoming missiles of energy will interact in a most profound way with your own energetic setup, and as such, the collapse of internal division into a coherent and far more fluid system than the former fragmented one is now finally on its way. So you see, this at times churning sea of chaotic tendencies towards misrepresentation of the actual events is not one that is entirely unfounded. For even if you are all well versed in these recurring periods of energetic upheavals, this will still be considered as one out of the ordinary. If ordinary is indeed a word that can be taken into use for any of these occasions. For as you all know more than well by this stage, every step you take is one that will break through the boundaries set by the previous one. As such, let us simply say that even in this long line of extraordinary events, this one will certainly stand out in the crowd. So again we say know that all is well, even if so much within you may be screaming out in protest. Even if you may at times feel more than a little alienated from your own being, let alone the world around you. For as these emissaries of light continue to converse with those centers within you that govern these highly complex processes. It will be as if your entire circuit board will be wiped clean more than once, and as such, the sense of being untethered in a very tangible way may become prevalent on more than one occasion for you all. Be that as it may, we still venture to guess that you will find yourself literally bouncing back into full clarity from one moment to the next. When it will be as if the internal fog may dissipate sufficiently for you to get at least a tiny glimpse of the greatness that is now becoming fully unveiled. And when we speak of greatness, it is none other than the very essence of you, the Grand Master that has been hidden away inside of this seemingly inconspicuous fleshy vehicle that from the outside still very much defines you as a human. But now, a true revolution is taking place literally under the very surface of this vehicle, for by now, your sense of being human will be literally only skin deep. From now on, little by little, or rather, at a tempo that is fully in compliance with your own inner workings, these inner secrets will be revealed to you all. And as this process of unveiling will continue to expand at an increasing rate, you will find those former fragments of your inner self beginning to fuse together into one coherent fully operational set. A complex structure that will begin to run at full speed as soon as you are ready to take that full step across the old divide that still separates you from your own inner values. Again, we speak in convoluted terms, but what we are trying to convey is simply this: what you are becoming now is what has been heralded for eons, for you are finally beginning to finalize the process of unification, the process that has been oft prophesied, but will now finally become reality. And so, as piece after piece is being fused together to that supporting structure that can for the first time become fully operational, you might feel the tugging from something deep within you beginning to stir. For now, what has been lying dormant will indeed begin to make you take notice of it – or rather, of YOU. For everything that is beginning to come alive now, are parts of you, there is nothing within you that is foreign in any way, as everything you will come into contact with is simply a vital piece of the huge conglomerate that is you in your entirety. So let yourself come alive by allowing the old divisions to melt away, and do not try to hold on to any semblance of the known. For that is merely a futile attempt to stem the flow of evolution that is taking place within the confines of your physical body as well as within your mind. For that is where the old ideas of identity still prefer to linger, but you are no longer to linger within these small and cramped rooms of limitation. Instead, you need to give yourself permission to throw away any and all ideas of who you really are, and to allow the magic that is really you to come out into the open. It may seem to be more than a little daunting for some of you. For the concept of your own greatness is one thing, coming literally face to face with it may seem to be a task that will bring many of you to literally stop in your tracks in hesitation. For what you will see will truly be beyond description, and as such that human mind will still want to protest and balk at the very idea of embracing something that is so far removed from what it still looks upon as the very ideal of existence. But as that is an existence based upon the small list of acceptables that are still being used to define mankind, this will literally blow the doors off to something that is so far from being the norm, it will take some hard work for many of you to step past that old demarcation line of what you think is real or not even plausible. So again we say know that the only way to step across that line once and for all is to truly allow yourself to do so. And in order to find the courage to do just that, you need to be able to fully connect with that inner sanctum of your being who will tell you beyond any shadow of any doubts you might care to conjure up that there is no way that this will not be fully sanctioned by YOU. The one and only voice of reason that is applicable on this journey. For the answer to this quest for reason is one that will only be found within you. It is not something that you need to be given permission to experience by anyone else, nor can anyone but you allow YOU to take this step. For this step must be taken, but it can only be taken if you say YES with all of your heart. For once taken, there is no going back, and as such, the one you used to be will no longer be available to you. And so, the inner resistance from those parts of you that know they will become obsolete the moment this decision is finally taken will still try to persuade you to hold off making that choice, or to deny yourself even the possibility to do so. And no wonder, as these parts of you have been there as a sort of life saver in many a previous incarnation. When the call to step more fully into the light would mean almost certain extinction by the forces still set on keeping mankind fully out of the know from their own greatness. But now, the time has come for all of you to open as wide as you can for you, and to allow the full unfolding of your inner greatness to take place. And as such, there will be no room for hesitation, only for allowance to let YOU take all the place you really need in order to fulfill this quest for total transformation of this entire planet. For some, this may sound as a recipe for disaster. As for them, this will sound like an invitation to allow your ego to balloon into such proportions, there will be little or no room for others. And all this will imply, is a planet where a small number of people will usurp the space from everyone else. But that is not the case here, for when we talk about taking up space, it will not be at the expense of others. Rather, this is to imply that only by allowing yourself to fully embody the light that you already carry within you can you help others to see the way forwards. In other words, in order for all of you to become the shining examples that will help to show the rest of mankind the only feasible way out of the detrimental chaos they have all been a part of creating, you can no longer hold yourself back. For only when you allow that inner greatness to step out from the small container it has been compressed within can the release of your light help to set free so many others as well. So again we say allow yourself to become the YOU you are here to BE, and only by letting that inner greatness come to the fore, will this completion become complete. And now, you will all be put before that very decision; are your ready to go up in full bloom, or are you still more set on staying dormant a little bit longer? Hidden away in that dark loam where you have been patiently waiting to come fully alive for such a long time? The decision is all yours, but once it is taken, it is one that will affect ALL. So once again we say know that you are not a small and insignificant speck of dust in the vastness of Creation, you are in fact the one that everything hinges on. For you are all the changemakers, the ones that came to this planet in order to make everything NEW again after a long, long detour into the old and dense corners of darkness. So allow the light that is within you help you to decide, for again, it is only you who can say yes to YOU. 	Golden Gaia News Roundup: February 21, 2015 February 21, 2015 By Alex Clark Happy Saturday, dear friends. It is always such a joy to share my gratitude for being supported by the universe. The truth is that angels help us every day, if we are open to receiving their gifts. Yesterday, I had to go pick up my parents from the airport, and it was way below freezing. As I drove, I was thinking about how wonderful it is that they built a new modern rest area at JFK airport, so that folks wouldn’t have to wait around in the cold before picking up their passengers. When I got to the rest area, I thought it would be nice if I could find a close parking spot. As I turned into the first row, there was my spot, waiting for me. I gave a big smile and a thanks to the parking spot fairy! I went inside to go to the bathroom, and I immediately saw a tiny bird flying around the restaurant. It landed near the water fountain and eyed me with an air of complete confidence and consciousness. I walked over to the fountain and pressed the button, so the bowl filled with some water and then I walked away. It immediately flew to the bowl and took a drink before flying to a pipe near the ceiling to continue surveying me. What a miraculous interaction with the animal kingdom, in the most unusual place! My parents called me then and I told them to stay inside the terminal and I would come get them. When I hung up, a gentleman approached and asked me where I was meeting them. I told him the terminal, and he said that it was going to be difficult to pick them up, but he gave me a trick to bypass all the traffic. I smiled huge and thanked him for his wonderful information. When I left, I followed his directions and got to my parents quickly, bypassing a huge line of traffic. I thought to myself, about how people sometimes receive help from angels and then they doubt it, or don’t follow the information. I knew immediately what this communication was, and I honored the universe by following it. I also spent some time sending this dear man gratitude and love. So many times in life, we ask for help and it appears. The universe, the angels, our guides and our own heart want to assist in any way they can. We simply have to keep our eyes peeled for evidence of this help, follow the intuition or information presented without doubt, and send deep gratitude when it arrives. We can also assist the universe as angels here on earth, when we are driven to assist others, or provide the information that they may need. I did this for a lovely family from Las Vegas, who was looking for information on the air train to JFK, the other day when I was on the train. I heard them ask someone else, who did not know the answer, and so I provided it to them. Smiles, thanks and relief ensued as they went on their way with confidence. I love doing the work of the universe and I feel honored to be a part of this supportive interplay. North American Marches to demand justice for gender crimes against indigenous women. The incoming light continues to give people increasing courage to stand up to injustice and call out for remedy where none existed before. We shared the stand that Turkish women are taking against gender violence and inequality, and now we share the stand that North American aboriginal women are taking as well. Thousands marched, this past weekend, to bring attention to the disproportionate number of unsolved crime and murder cases that exist within the indigenous community. While many understand the nature of abuse and injustice perpetrated by colonialism against indigenous tribes in North and South America, few realize that the women within these cultures have been marginalized even further. They feel they have no protection, and no recourse to justice if gender violence occurs. Marches were held all over Canada and the US, calling for increased protection for indigenous women under the law. The Memorial March Commission organizers stand in defense of indigenous women’s lives and demonstrate against the complicity of government and law enforcement in the perpetration of these heinous crimes, because these institutions refuse to apply the law to protect these women. Please join me in sending light into another dark corner of gender violence and inequality, and intending for a world where all beings feel safe and protected, no matter what their race or gender. When we all truly realize we are one, the energy of separation that supports this type of behavior will no longer exist. Thousands March Across Canada Demanding Justice for Indigenous Women by Deirdre Fulton for Common Dreams Solar Warden secret space program makes a more main stream media outlet. The Epoch Times got its start in 2003, in response to the great need for factual news related to the Tienanmen Square protests in China. Their mission is to provide truthful news that might not be available on conventional outlets. They have expanded to editions in 35 countries and are translated into 21 different languages. The platform has a large international following, and a significant ability to raise awareness within the truth seeking global population. So, our dear Steve Beckow was excited when an article on the secret Solar Warden space program appeared in the Epoch Times, and he wanted me to share it with all of you. If you are unaware of Solar Warden, it is the code name for the alleged secret earth space fleet charged with monitoring galactic activity in close proximity to earth. It was also intended to protect the planet from possible extraterrestrial invasion. While the US government is not speaking on this matter and categorizes it under the main stream derogatory term of “conspiracy theory,” some very well informed individuals say the program does exist. Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, is one of them. He was the sixth man to walk on the moon, and he has stated in several interviews that extraterrestrials do exist. They have visited earth, and governments were given access to their technology for back-engineering purposes. He says that this type of contact has been going on for over 60 years, which fits in with the dates of the Roswell incident, of 1947. Gary McKinnon also supports the existence of Solar Warden, but he came about his information in an entirely different way. McKinnon is a computer hacker, who was trying to gain access to top US government servers, in search of information on free energy and “zero-point” devices, which he believed the US government was keeping a secret. He stumbled upon information in military files listing “non-terrestrial” officers as well as a list of vehicles in their fleet that did not match any terrestrial military fleets. There were also documents about inter fleet transfers of personnel. McKinnon was eventually tracked down and charged with the crime, but after years of hanging in extradition limbo, the US government seems to have dropped the case. Some believe that McKinnon must hold some highly classified information as a trump card against prosecution. A secret space program would require a significant amount of funding, which could easily come out of the over $640 Billion US defense budget. The US also has a rather hefty discretionary black budget for secret programs in the range of $56 Billion. It is also interesting to note that every branch of the US military has their own space command. If the US truly knew there were no extraterrestrials, as they have repeatedly told the public, then why would they set up space commands? McKinnon also mentions the fact that most of the information coming out of the Defense Advanced Research and Projects Agency, in recent years has been about space dominance. Again, if extraterrestrials and advanced human spacecraft do not exist, why spend the money on researching these things? Time will certainly tell the tale, as more pieces of information fall into place, and more beings are willing to share what they know. The very fact that the private sector is increasing investment in space based platforms is a pretty obvious indication that they know something the general public does not and they are willing to put dollars behind it. 	Lucia Ashta: Step Into The True You February 21, 2015 By Graham Dewyea Everyone that is alive at this time in the world has something important to contribute to the grand scheme of things, to the all of everything. It is imperative that as many people as possible awaken to their life purposes to overpower the effects of darkness on this planet and its peoples. Every single person born into this world is at his or her essence a soul. This world is our learning ground, one where we can easily become confused as to what this lifetime is really about and forget the knowledge that we always carry within us. We are at our core elegant, magical, empowered souls. We are beings divinely connected to the source of everything. As human beings, we live a daily existence surrounded by a constant stream of evidence of the miracle that life is. We are continuously shown that there is more to life than what can be explained by the rational mind. If we are to look at the human body alone, we can find a seemingly unending supply of examples of the miracles that allow us to live through the rising and setting of each day’s sun. Each breath alone is an unexplained miracle. Who or what designed us to function so perfectly and harmoniously in a state of homeostasis that so many things can be taking place within our bodies without even our conscious thought or control? Surrounded by this constant reminder of the magical world that we live in, why is it that so many of us have such a hard time accepting that we have a grander purpose on this planet than simply “getting by?” Why is it that a person will more easily believe that she was born to be an accountant like everyone else on her father’s side of the family than believe she can intuitively know what ailment a certain plant can cure in people and animals? We know why. It is because this woman, along with most every one of us, was taught from an early age that we had to abide by society’s standards. We were taught that it was honorable to follow the rules, not to cause trouble, and to fit in with our peers. But all of this programming taught us an untrue belief system that is based in limitations. Most of us were taught to repress the unusual, the different. We were taught to be quiet about anything that didn’t fit within the norms that were offered up to us as the acceptable standard. And because of that, we forgot so many of our intuitive skills. We forgot our natural talents and inclinations in the murky memories of the unaccepted. We forgot the knowingness that we just simply had without explanation. We forgot the beings we saw that others around us didn’t seem to see. Now is the time to shed any layers of fear surrounding being different and to become the true person we are capable of being. There is no better time than now. For those of us that have been working to deprogram ourselves of these limiting belief systems and have begun to exercise abandoned intuitive skills, it is time to shed any and ALL that limits us. It is time to shed any concerns of what others may think of us. It is time to let go of that nagging concern that we may have just lost our minds. It is time to let go of that hold that “earning a living” in traditional ways can have over us. It is NOT irresponsible to follow our hearts and our knowingness. It is what we were made to do! In that way humanity will not just survive, but it will flourish. It is then that the planet and its creatures will be able to heal. Every single person has an important purpose to contribute at this time in human history. There are no accidents in the cosmic design. Every person has a role to play that is capable of transforming humanity’s story. It is time to discover what your role is if you don’t know it already. What does your heart tell you? What do you dream of doing when you don’t have to tell anyone of your dream, when you don’t rationalize or justify? What makes your heart happy and free? What are you good at? What do you do that brings others joy? Your role can be small as it can be large, but all roles are important. Every one of us is a unique individual—there never was and never will be anyone exactly like us again—and our roles are as unique as we are. The divine design has put all human beings on earth at this time with a harmonious combination of life purposes, so they may all work together in a perfect synchronistic puzzle so complex that we could never see it with a rational mind. It is through owning and stepping into our life purposes, to our hearts’ desires, that we not only honor ourselves as divine creations, but also do our part to contribute to the growth of human consciousness. Whom do we honor by leading a menial life in an artificial world? No one. Whom do we serve? As more and more of us awaken to the true reality of this world—that this is a magical existence where our hearts and our beliefs determine what we experience—we can grow as a whole, one humanity. We must shed the darkness and the constraints because they cannot hold us any longer. We CAN choose to be who we came to earth to become. Trust that you will be shown the way when it is your time. 	FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2015 Bob Fickes ~ Body and Consciousness are Reflections of Each Other Source The body is a projection of consciousness. The Consciousness is a reflection of the body. What we feel and what we think affects the condition of the body. What happens in our body and what toxins are in our body will affect what happens in our consciousness. Body and Consciousness are reflections of each other. If our body is upset, our consciousness will become upset. If our consciousness is full of worry, our body will become unable to function normally and we will get sick or uncomfortable. If we eat some bad food or breathe bad air, our consciousness will feel depressed or angry. Body and Consciousness affect each other like Siamese Twins. As we clear our consciousness through meditation, our body begins to clean itself and becomes more healthy. Cleaning our body will always result in more clear perception and a more relaxed state of Consciousness. This is why I recommended the Master Cleanse last week. At the same time, doing deep meditation or participating in a group meditation, results in a more healthy condition of your body. The path to Enlightenment is two-fold: we clean our body and we clean our consciousness. When both body and consciousness are clear, Enlightenment is natural. Healthy eating and detoxing programs are as important to Enlightenment as meditation. Learning what foods we are allergic too and avoiding them helps our emotional state to improve. All allergies affect our consciousness. Many times when we are upset and emotional, it is because of some food we have eaten. Conversely, when we are upset and eating our dinner, our digestion is affected and we produce toxic elements that disturb the health of our body. When we become more Conscious, we have more responsibility to see what we are doing and what we are eating. Every day our consciousness improves, we can notice things that we overlooked before and begin to eliminate them from our behavior. Changing our behavior and changing our diet is a natural result of increased consciousness. But if we continue our life mindlessly, we will continue to behave out of habit and our progress to enlightenment will take longer. Be more conscious of what you are doing, and see what things irritate your body. Improving you’re the quality of your life will transform everything that you do into a more Enlightened Life. Enjoy!
