	HI Jim, Thanks for your post, it is good to see there is no bad feelings, it makes me feel so good. Jill lives on in our hearts. Myrna I am going out on a limb and I plan to Nominate Jill Bachman for POTY. Jill passed away recently and I believe she should be honored in this way for her contributions to this community and her forum that lives on http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/forum/9754/Attitude-is-Everything.aspx Especially thyis thread "Journey to the Mountain of Love" http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/post/569870/A-Journey-to-the-Mountain-of-Love.aspx?flag=17358jallen3d Over the years I read this forum and was often banned from it and reinstated. Jill and I had good rapport with one another away from ALP, working through our disagreements. But we did and I am thankful to have known this unique person. Whether we agreed or not on various talking points. She was a unique person and deserves the honor of POTY this year. IMHO

	Hi Everyone, I had thought of that also and mentioned it to a friend a few weeks ago. We weren't sure if nominations of passed members would be allowed, Jill greatly deserves the memorial tribute. 	Hi Jim and all! Jim, your thinking of Jill as the POTY is a great indication of the person you are yourself My Friend! Like Myrna said... this feels so very good and is much appreciated! I second Jill as well... she fully deserve this nomination and award and that would be an awesome recognition of all she did for the community as for all of us individually. As you mentioned, it is not about being always in agreement but about how we all grow to the contact of each other. Alain
