Hi Sara,

Barry is away today and I'm responding to immediate questions. There will be rather suggestions thread which we want to introduce a bit later for simplicity. The suggestion thread will allow on bringing to Barry's attention members of the site, he might have not noticed or be not aware of, who are otherwise active members. He will create such thread which will be pinned and will allow any of you on making suggestions at any time. Those suggestions will be considered, but not necessarily immediately used for nominations. They might be used several weeks later. The voting will be not bigger than 4 people to make it easy to choose from.

Also we will be announcing new prize next week for winning POTW.
