I got in touch with his support, but wasn't impressed much. :) But they got back to me within a few hours, so that's not bad. Personally I would have visited the domain and asked questions later. Visiting a domain takes little to no time. Instead they write this and send it to me: "what redirect are you talking about, I see no issue with that domain." The clock is ticking and sales are lost. Always go through what you want your potential customers to go through, as if you really are a customer and see everything for the very first time. You will notice errors like the redirect above immediately.
