Hi Peter!
Thank you for the visit and your comment. Ana Maria deserves more than a feature in Philoxenia which lately is not so active as it used to be. Today more than ever the community must work to make the members more active and encourage all members who for their reason fall in lethargy or those who stay law. Either we want it or not Ana Maria is a recognized member with high skills and very positive contribution in the past and if her forum was incative for periods that was not created by her fault. There are Forums that won BFAwith total post less than Ana Maria's Best topic, so the reply to me in BFA was simple and inacurate. I presume there will not be any change for this month.
To keep "status quo" or distance from members who may have made a mistake is not good or recommended. I hope that the BFA accept their mistake because so I can understand what happened yesterday. I presume that there will be a direct message to Ana Maria either from the BFA Team or the Administration. Romania is a beatiful land and yes todays' Romania is country in remembrance of what one was Roman Empire under same name, ROMANIA. To separate the country from the empire I have seen in some websites Romania spelled Rumania and Roumania.
The name is probably after one the most famous Byzantine age emperors, Romanos who re-organized the Empire and restored the status of what once was the east part of the Roman Empire including todays Romania. To do that he hired 100.000 lego-soldiers from many no Byzantine tribes, like the Slavs, Khazars, Iberians from Armenian (Iberians today live in Spain), Albanians fron Caspian SeaGoths, Turkmen and others and spread them to the borders of the Empire. His saw the risks coming from the Turks. The finale battle in Malazgirt in medieval Greater Armenia was the start point for the collapse of the Byzantine Empire.
Kindly Regards Georgios
