08:50 - Whew, yesterday was a busy day.  It started with my wife's early, verrryy early appointment for a medical test, and then I had to be out all day at work.

9:13 PM - Another marathon day.  Doctors appointments, prescriptions, etc.  All I know is that I am pre-diabetic and have gout.  And my sister has come to visit for a week.
