Tasmania - Australia 12/11/2005 Hi Little contribution from me: Baked Cheese Cake 1 1/2 cup self rising flour 6 table spoons butteer 1 whole egg 2 table spoons icing sugar zest of lemon ( grated skin of lemon ) kneed a dought and spread evenly on the bottom of baking dish, greese site of the dish In bowl whip 3 whole eggs with cup of sugar and juice from one lemon, add 3 table spoons of Maizene or Custard powder add 500 grams of creamy cottage cheese mix well and slovly adding 600 ml ( or two and half cup of milk ) Pour over the dought, and let to bake at 180 - 200 in the owen, for about 45 minuts or till middle is firm if touch. To protect of burning the top cover with baking greesed paper. Do not remove from the owen let it cool in. This cake is good even for diabetes and preserve well for long. Hi Leon, you can replace the sour cream and use cream cheese and the vanilla and sugar will give the sweet ness taste to it, Corey, im sorry to hear that, did you get my check yet??? Manuel, We will still love ya if you gain afew pounds,kathy

Hiya Kathy with a K. You know I just got home from work and was wondering what to do?? You have solved that> I am going to run (walk) No drive to the store grab the things I don't have and make this yummy dessert!! I really in the mood for baking!! Hello Kathy, Thank you for the yummy cheese cake recipe. I may have a go at making it. However in Australia we do not have graham cracker biscuits or Nestle Chocolate Jingles. What would be the equivalent for these ingredients. Please Help. Christine Gleeson (CurrencyLass) Australia
