Hi Ana,
Thank you for sharing that, from what I have read here its a poem, a very thought provoking one at that. Consider me the Devil's Advocate here, (wooooh that expression sure don't feel right)
No devil here, in my opinion we all wish for much more than enough. Its inherently human to seek more than, bigger than, better than, and much more than just enough.
When you actually think about getting enough is settling for what you have. It is agreeing that what you have is enough. Few of us here on adlandpro really think like that.
Don't get me wrong it is important to appreciate and give thanks for having enough. It is, in a way, a sincere espression of appreciation for what exist in your life at this very moment. But we all have goals desires, want to have, to be, to do. And, I speak for myself, it was never ehough.
I thank God that I have had enough today, yesterday and the day before but everyday I want more for tomorrow. Is that strange?
Seriously Ana, I am not. It matter not what you decide to do, just felt compelled to express an absolutely contrary point of view. Again thanks for the invite and the opportunity to articulate something that I never gave much thought to before.
Tony
