Hi Marilyn, Well your post on the Pilgrim Fathers certainly brought back a few memories for me. I have lived in Australia for over 30 years, however, I was born and brought up in Boston England. Of course the history of the Pilgrim Fathers is very strong in Boston with Plaques everywhere for their original sailings. I remember as a child every Saturday morning after the usual Saturday morning childrens movie club we would buy take away fish and chips and go to the Guild Hall, where the Pilgrims were once imprisoned in the dungeons. As you can imagine as 10 year olds with vivid imaginations sitting in the dungeon eating our lunch, we managed to scare ourselves with thoughts of ghosts, rather than learn anything about history. Have a great day. Warm Wishes Pam

HI Pam, Thanks so much for your story. I think that is very funny, as children we do and say so many crazy and silly things. Thanks for sharing! Marilyn
