Excellent quote and very true. We usually define courage as being able to face insurmountable odds and emerging victorious, but as was said by previous posters, courage for some is something simple, like getting up in the morning, taking that extra step when all strength has left your body, continuing to smile when your world is in turmoil, lending a helping hand to someone else when you are standing on shaky ground yourself. Every day things that no one will give you a medal for.

Mother Theresa's life exemplified courage, the kind of courage that St.France De Sales described in his Poem: "We shall steer safely through every storm, so long as our heart is right, Our intention fervent,our courage steadfast and our trust fixed on God. It would appear that courage could be misplaced and as such we would be wise to be on guard. Rudolph
