Hello, Everyone,
In an effort to work on the assignments, the Mission Statement and the Rules and Regulations, Dr, David has given us, I had several questions. I sent them to Dr. David. His response was, “How would the team answer them?” He has the answers, but would like for us to think about these questions and realize the answers are part of our learning experience.
Remember one of his goals is to teach us how to replicate this experience. We won’t be able to do it if we are given the answers to every question without considering what our answer would be.
So, Dr. David suggested I post my questions and ask everyone to participate in offering their answers to my questions. In doing so, you may also have questions I didn’t include. Our answers will help formulate how WOSAT will function for the good of all. Put your thinking caps on and post your suggestions and ideas.

1. 1. In the future, will there be a separate corporation for each opportunity joined? Or, will we work all programs under the WOSAT Corporation.
2. Since the 176 are considered Charter Members, what provisions are being made for subsequent members?
a. Will there be a separate earning structure for Chqarter Members vs. later members?
b. Will later members have voting rights?
c. Will later members be stock holders?
3. What payment method will be used to receive funds and distribute funds?
4. When a new opportunity is chosen, if WOSAT cannot join directly under the company, will they join under the person who presented the program?
5. How will WOSAT handle or control downlines fairly? Right now we have one team with only 4 people and one with 16. How will we fill “holes”?
6. With the tracking capabilities, are their plans to reward those who are working harder and more successful? Or is there a plan to reward those who mentor others? Or for the most improved marketer?
7. Also, with the tracking, if a member is not performing and refuses to participate (other than to receive their commissions) what provisions should we put in the rules that will constitute their removal from WOSAT? If they are a shareholder, how can they legally be removed? What actions will constitute grounds for removal from the program?
8. Regarding future programs, will all WOSAT members be required to promote all programs or just those programs they choose to join? Or, will we be promoting WOSAT only and then the new member can determine which program he/she wants to join? This will need to be explained in the rules and regulations.
9. In the future, when WOSAT belongs to 5, 8 10 or more programs will commissions be paid only to those people involved in a specific program? Or, will the WOSAT earnings off all programs be pooled and divided equally among all shareholders?
10. What is the Plan of Action? What is the step-by-step building strategy?
11. Who will be responsible for training new members in the individual programs?
12. As members become successful, what incentive is in place to keep those members active and a viable part of WOSAT so that they can help others?
13. What provisions are in place to police ourselves? Will there be a “watchdog” group?
14. How will we keep the lines of communication open so that all members are kept up to date and informed of everything that is happening?
