Ok All Here We Go Clarification of Board Members and Team Leaders Board Member : Preferred Qualities 1) Would have Expert Team Leader Qualifications listed in addition to those listed here below. 2) Exhibits Extensive Knowledge and Internet Experience and Knowledge of Marketing. 3) Be Able to Meet Once a Week with Myself and other Board members to discuss progress of Team Leaders and progress of group as a whole. 4) Must meet once a week with Team Leaders to check ongoing progress and give guidance to the Team. 5) Should be capable of and have leadership qualities exhibiting the character and judgment to mediate and understand all members must feel valued. Team Leader: Preferred Qualities 1) Should have working knowledge of internet marketing and at least good comprehension of team concepts and practices. 2) Should be highly organized,and highly efficient in areas of multitasking due to the nature of the position between Team communications and Board communications. 3) Should exhibit great communication skills and patience in interactions with others. 4) Should be able to meet with Teams and Board Weekly for conveyance of all information in a systemic manner within their defined areas. 5) Should be excellent at delegation and followup to insure integrtiy of the team and group as a whole. 6) Must be an Excellent Record Keeper and able to provide detailed reports in both directions. Hello Dr David, There is one thing we should all remember, your hard work. It is so easy to take for granted, but I for one appreciatte the work involved after many years in network marketing in MLM and running my own nutrition business.
